What it says on the tin. Vegans can be junk food junkies too. But before we start, please be aware---gelatin is NOT vegan. If gelatin is listed as an ingredient, do not buy it. Gelatin is created by boiling skin and bones from pigs and cows, and I'm sure none of us want to eat boiled skin. So here we go:
Airheads
Dots
Dum-dums
Laffy Taffy
Nerds
Skittles (but contains palm oil)
Swedish fish
Cap'n Crunch
Lay's Classic Potato Chips
Ritz Crackers (but contains palm oil)
Jolly Ranchers
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Oreos (the cream isn't real)
French fries
Red Bull (but still don't drink it because it's horrible for you)
Nutter Butters
Unfrosted Pop Tarts
So Delicious Dairy-Free Ice Cream (highly recommended)
Ben and Jerry's Non-Dairy flavors
Dark chocolate (just be sure to double-check the ingredients. Some add milk in).
Mike and Ike's
Sour Patch Kids
Twizzlers
Smarties
Pez
Hubba Bubba
Just a small taste of all the junk food vegans can eat. I'm not saying you should, but I'm saying veganism does not force you to be a healthy eater.
