At last, I lie here at a loss of gaining any sleep. Tiring hours spent working while the sun shined above my head to restless hours of wandering thoughts while the luminescent moon greets me through my open window.
I write this to you, hoping my thoughts reach you before you receive my letter. Are you dreaming of me? Is that why I cannot sleep?
