There's two things I love in the mornings, actually three, but we're not counting coffee. Anyway, I love waffles and banana bread (especially with coffee), so when I found this recipe from the Food Network channel, I was elated and had to try it out. I wasn't disappointing, it was amazing!

So, here you go, hope you enjoy it as much as I did:

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cup Flour

 1 tsp baking powder

3/4 Cup sugar

 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 Cup chopped walnuts

 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat your waffle iron. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

1 Cup smashed banana

Fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined (it's ok if there are lumps)
