"Bbeom hyung..... i'm afraid"

It's 15 hours before the surgery
As you remember at the last chapter, we all already know Youngjae can't give a birth normally

"No Youngjae look at me look at me... everything will be alright" Jaebum said holding Youngjae's cheek

"Excuse me sir yo--"

"I know doctor. And my sunshine... I'm here. Okay?"

That's the last word Jaebum said before he changed the clothes into the one that hospital gave to him

10 minutes later Jaebum came inside to see te last USG check before Youngjae giving a birth

"Sorry. I have a bad news. Idk how, 2 days ago, your baby is normal. He wasn't active and he's a bit smaller than he should be but it's still normal. His heart rate was normal. His lung was a bit weakened but it might happen if his mom is tired so i thought that's normal. But today... everything changed. his heart rate weakened. His lung is weakened. He's almost stop moving. We need to do the surgery immediately" the doctor said

"Then what are you waiting for. do it right now" Jaebum said

"But we need your permission and his family then signed the paper" The doctor said

"I told you i don't have any family left. He is my only one and you heard it right? He said let's do the C-section now!" Youngjae said

Jaebum shocked and have no idea about what's going on

"Wait... why need to sign a paper what paper?" Jaebum asked

"It's nothing!! I'll sign it! And my husband will sign it, let's go to the surgery room now doctor our son can't wait for long"

"B-but--" Doctor about to say something but it's weird. For jaebum. Seems like Youngjae was hiding thing behind him

"Doctor!!! I'm a man not a woman! And my baby can't wait!!" Youngjae shouted

"Wait.. Youngjae honey... you know i want our baby too. You know right.. but isn't it weird? The doctor keep saying wait we need blah blah blah but you keep saying let's do it. Now i want to hear it from the doctor. Doctor please?" Jaebum asked the doctor

"There's nothing to worry about okay?!" Youngjae shouted again. Made Jaebum frowned

"Youngjae. Please. Let the doctor talk to me"

Youngjae sighed

"We should do a c-section at least 2 hours from now. But... His hb. It's too low. I told him to eat a lot since 4 month ago when his HB around 8,1. I told him to eat meat, chicken's hearts, fruit etc. He didn't come to me each month to check his Hb, and the baby. But.... his Hb right now is only 6,8. We can't do a C-section to the low pregnant mom with low HB. If we do a C-Section to pregnant woman who's her hb about 8,0; she might be in coma bcs of bleeding risk. Meanwhile his HB is 6,9. It's extremely low. Mr. Youngjae's muscle and heart is weakened. Idk since when he's acute anemia bcs he never come visit us even if we asked him too. If you really say yes to the surgery, then you need to sign the paper that you agree that we will save the baby bcs the baby's life is going to be our priority. And you won't complained if there's things like your wife maybe couldn't make it" the doctor explained..

Jaebum was pretty shocked

"Oh my GOD what i've done why i have to live like this...."

"Oh yes. One again. A baby with low heart rate and weak lungs need an extra care from us. The doctor and the parent. Bcs some of them couldn't make it untill they reach a year. But some of them make it. It's 50:50" Doctor added
