From the card I had a minor rant about- It's Luciano's 17th, in the picture. Feliciano's in his formal military gear because I'm pretty sure he always refused to wear anything else. Lovino's in his usual outfit and Luci's in the clothes Faliin make for him based off what they knew about his home's clothing and the impression Faliin got when they first met. The pants got ripped in a fight but Luciano wears the shirt whenever he can.
