Nicki's POV

Flashback: Omniscient

"Janelle take your clothes off"

"Why?"

"I SAID TAKE THEM OFF!"

Janelle was crying now because she was yelled at. She took her clothes off as instructed by Eric

"I want my mommy's" Janelle stated with tears running down her now red, brown cheeks

"Lay on the couch"

"No"

"What did you just say?" Eric implied sternly

"I said no!"

Eric's reaction to Janelle yelling at him was horrendous. He held her by her neck and slapped her, he then griped her face by the chin.

"I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU DONT TAKE THEM OFF ILL KILL YOU LITTLE GIRL!"

"Ok but don't hit me again please"

Janelle slowly slid every piece of clothing she had on onto the floor. Eric stared at her for a long period of time until he told her to lay down.

"Baby girl lay down please"

She did just that with out any hesitation.

"Lay down right here and spread your legs"

"I don't wanna"

"Now!" He stated sternly

Janelle was so scared, shaking nervously, bare skin all over. Eric leaned over her, one hand on the edge of the couch and one searching her body.

"You know I love you right?"

"Why are you doing this to me?"

"Did I tell you to speak!?"

Eric forced his hand into Janelle and she screamed. There was blood flowing onto the couch.

"THAT HURT!" Janelle yelled while crying.

"Get up, this isn't what I wanted but you made me do it, get the towel and put it on"

She went for the basket of clothing and grabbed a towel, a blue one, her favorite color.

Back at the court house:
Bey's POV

"My baby" I stated while crying.

"Ok Janelle and what happened after that?" Judge Maybalen asked.

"That's when the police came and I saw mommy, mama and Kaia"

"So Maliya is not here, Mrs. Maraj can you try to get in contact with her please"

"Of course" Nicki said getting up going into the hallway.

Nicki's POV

"Answer the phone" I said to myself annoyed.

I decided to call Sammie, maybe she knew where Maliya was.

"Hello, Sammie?"

"Hey Nicki" she implied in an exhausting tone

"What's wrong?"

"When Kali and I went to the hospital she was still throwing up really bad. The doctors ran test on her and found out that she had been poisoned. And if Maliya made the girls pancakes, Nicki we already know who did it"

"Oh my god, are you serious right now?"

"God can strike me down right now if I'm lying"

"I CANT BELIEVE SHE WOULD DO THAT AND BEY PUT ALL HER TRUST INTO HER"
