Sarang's POV

We drove off to a park that has nobody in it .. We have been here for more than an hour now. we have been talking and laughing nonstop .. "aren't you afraid of scream movie?" "I don't even know that one" he said " woahh you don't know hello Sydney ?" I said and then he laughed "what are you laughing at?" I said
"You're so cutee" he said ruffling my hair
"Ahh jinjja you really do that a lot " I said and he ruffled my hair again saying "aigoo , my little splendi is very cute when she's bothered" she kicked my hand joking "yah! Don't call me cute' and don't call me that name either or I will call you shortie!"
"Yah! I'm not short!" We both looked at each other and laughed

" we've just known each other and we are giving us nicknames , I think we're going to be good friends" I said making him smile And then my phone rang.. really my phone always ring at the wrong time.. I looked at the caller and the phone displays mom I then looked at the hour and it was 11:45 I opened the call only to find her voice so worried

"where are you at that time I'm worried don't you know?" "Mom chill , I'm alright I'm with a friend of mine..don't worry I'm coming now"I said feeling guilty that I made her worried

Jimin's POV

After she got the call from her mom she said "I have to go I didn't notice that it's 11:45 already lol "
"yeah me too , but I really had fun" I said and then she said "same goes here, I have to go now byeee" she stood up and was about to go when I talked

"let me give u a ride"
"you don't need to, I live nearby"she said "then I will walk you home" I said " no you can't my mom is very worried and if she knew that i was with a boy she'll be more worried" she waved her hand and was about to run when I told her

"can't we exchange numbers yet?" She smiled and looked at the ground and waved her hand once again and ran. "Aishhh .. I guess she doesn't trust me yet" I talked to myself as I ran my hands through my hair..

And then I headed back home when I first opened the door .. my mom approached and said "jimin, school is three weeks ahead please do well" "I'll try my best mom" I said while going upstairs straight to my room because I didn't want to talk with her about this because that is what my family cares about , money , grades , people talking , business..and I'm really sick of that.

Sarang's POV

He asked for my number. Again. I dunno why I don't want to give it to him but I think it's too early..

when I got him my mom checked me out saying "are you alright?" "What's that little cut on your cheeks? Did you get in trouble??"
" oh.. what cut? Wait I will go see but don't worry I'm fine I just fell on the floor"I didn't lie right? I really fell on the floor but how did I not feel any stinging pain back then but I do now? I put on plaster and went to my mom to see her putting a lot of food on the table "from where did you get it?"
She just looked at me "eomma jebal what did I tell you about getting the rest of their foods?" I said while tearing up "please sarang just eat it's not that big of a deal" she said " no, it is you don't know how I feel when I eat the rest of people food!"
I said while crying and then went to my room I hugged my pillow, crying until i slept

I woke up in the next day to my phone ringing I opened it without seeing the Caller Id
"Hello?"I said
"Hello Sydney!"
" who is it?"
"Oh you didn't recognize my voice?"
"Wait a minute, jiminie!"
"Sarang-ahhh!, how you doin?"
"I'm all good and yo- wait a minute... how did yo-" I was interrupted by him saying
"Ahh about your phone number she- I ..I really don't know if I can tell .. but I will ask her if I can .. are you in a shift now?"
"No, I'm not .. shoot it's 2:30 ,oh I forgot it's my free day"
"really? Since its your free day can we hang out?"
"Yeah sure , let's meet at the same park at 5"
"Okay see ya"

I got up and did my daily routine .. my eyes were puffy and read of course .. I wore black leggings and grey oversized hoodie and went to have my breakfast "mom I'm going out to meet a friend and don't worry he is nice" I said after I finished
" okay honey be careful .. and sarang ,about the exam that if you'll pass you will get into that school with a welfare scholarship .. the school is coming.. did you pass ?"
" I don't know yet mom wish me the best"
"I'll always do" She said smiling

i went to my room and put on some perfume , combed my hair in a ponytail my hair is short so it's a half ponytail but i like it like that ..

and with that I went out and I arrived at the park at 5:00 I waited for 5 minutes and then he came "been waiting for along time?" He said "not actually"
"Strict on ur timing my little splendi huh?" His ? I thought..
"Shut up shortie!..where are we going to go?" I said
"there's a shop that opened nearby, wanna give it a try?" He said and I nodded

we went there and the shop turned out to be a bubble tea shop that is called bubbly bubble .

I ordered blueberry bubble tea and jimin ordered the same. While we were talking both of our phones made a sound
"It's my bestfriend" we both said at the same time then we laughed "I have an idea" we both said it at the same time again "say yours first" for the third time lol , this time he remained silent so I will say mine first..

"how about the both of them coming over"
"same idea of mine, let's call them" he said and within 10 mins. The both of them were here jimin introduced jungkook to me and haneul and introduced me and haneul to him and I did the same but jungkook and jimin knew haneul before I even tell them

"what's going on here? There's something fishy that I will get to know" I said joking.. We talked and laughed a lot and then we all exchanged numbers and made a group chat and then we all seperated our ways
