...

The moment they reach to his new home. Feng Xian could only sighed tiredly after throwing off his newly made enemy into disarray. He could only plop himself on the couch to ease the need to lie down.

That was after intense, crazy drama unfolded in the train. It wasn't easy to shake all of them off his track. Apparently, there is a war ongoing underground and it is Western Versus Asian again.

Then, he remembered the supernatural, destructive, colorful flames and his tired eyes lit up in curiosity.

"Alexa, is there a way for me to learn those flames?" Feng Xian asked happily.

[Not possible.] Alexa who had been quiet for the entire time, suddenly spoke up.

Feng Xian who heard that couldn't help but to feel his heart shattered. Why would she deny that? Wasn't he supposed to get stronger to at least defend himself from these monsters?

He turned around and give a puppy look at Alexa, which it would never work in the first place.

[Don't look at me like that.] Alexa deadpanned. [Even if you give me such begging looks, my answer will always be no.]

"Why?!" He whines. "How am I going to get stronger if I had to face these monsters one of these days? Why can't you teach me this or something? You're a system, you ought to know one or two about these flames."

[It's too troublesome.] She answered nonchalantly, successfully made Feng Xian comically trip on an invisible rock and fell.

The reason was actually too troublesome!? He couldn't help but to look at her with helpless and disbelieving look.

"If it's too troublesome, I'm going to die if I ever to face with these monsters directly!"

[Then, be subtle when you face the enemy.] She gave a look at Feng Xian. [If you know you have no match with your opponent, why are you facing against them directly?]

Well, that is true. Why would he face them directly? This matter had made him facepalming himself.

"You're right." He started. "But I'm in a great disadvantage if I didn't learn the flame thingy to fight back. At least give me a manual on flames or something so that I can learn to master the flames. It's not like I would ask so much or begging you to teach me or something."

[Yeah, no.] She said firmly. [Even if you beg me, I wouldn't teach you either way. Glad you know that.]

"That is to be expec--wha--Why!?"His expression turn into shock at her first sentence.

Why is she adamantly refuse to even give even a clue or guide?! This world is ridiculous and she kept refusing him! How is he supposed to survive in this world?! (இдஇ; )

[Because you can't learn it.] She snapped. [Did you forget what kind of race are you?]

"What is that got to do with anything?" He asked in confusion.

[You are a demon soul in a human body. They aren't compatible and learning it would just make your body exploded and your soul would be tormented by overwhelming power before dissipates into nothing.]

"What...?" Now this news shocks him the most.

[Your soul is obviously stronger than your current body, even if it's just a piece and not a whole soul. Your current body is a mortal human body. The body couldn't handle the strain and your soul's explosive powers. Adding all of this equation, it would be a glorious explosion that would destroy one-third of the world.]
