Chapter 1: Starting Things Off

You are currently a college student who is living with 3 other roommates, and luckily you all get along very well. At the moment, the house you all shared was pretty spacious and cozy. You had your own room but the other 3 preferred sharing one since they treated each other like brothers of some sorts. You were currently sitting in the living room watching some TV until you hear a child's voice shouting "Y/N!!!" added with two boys chuckling. You bounced off the couch and ran over to the door to greet your friends.

You: *scoops the little boy up in your arms* Manny!!!

Note: Manny was a young boy with blue fluffy hair. He mainly wore his jean overalls, white socks that would be able to reach his knees if he were to tug on them, black shoes and some band-aids that decorated his limbs. He always managed to wear a smile and brighten up everyone's day, he truly was a cinnamon roll. He is supposedly your cousin which at first was odd since you never recalled your parents mentioning him and/or his father, Roy.

Manny: *gives you a tight hug*

You: How was the park lil dude?

Manny: *laughs at you calling him lil dude* It was fun! *beams*

You: *smiles* that's great!

?: *ahem* what about us??? *laughs softly*

You look up to see the other two looking at you and holding in their laughter while carrying some grocery bags. You quickly apologize and set Manny down who ran into the kitchen then you proceed to give them each a hug.

You: *looks to the one who mentioned them both* heh sorry Robin welcome back!!! *proceeds to give him a hug*

Robin: *chuckles and puts the groceries down then hugs you back*

Note: Robin was at least two years older than you and had just finished college yet he's still looking for a job that suits him and gives good pay. His hair was nicely combed to one side of his head and stuck up a bit like in small tuffs. It was a nice dark green shade and honestly you don't know how he's able to keep it looking so...so neat...but fluffy too. He knew how to dress sharp, he wore a nice warm brown dress coat that had a pocket. The pocket usually contained either a red, yellow or f/c napkin which was also folded neatly into a triangle. He wore dark gray dress pants, socks that were yellow with dark orange stripes on them and shoes which he usually took off when at home, luckily his socks were still on and it kind of reminded you of bird legs (mmmwonderwhy).

After the hug you then turn towards the other boy who only raised his eyebrow at you. Robin then took the grocery bags from him and went to join Manny in the kitchen.

You: Ah come on Harry!!! *opens arms out wide*

Note: Harry was the tallest of you four but also the quietest. Usually spoke with a monotone voice and looked tired 24/7 but his face was often hidden from his red long hair that seemed to flow down onto his shoulders. You never got to see him with his hair tied in a ponytail and are determined to soon. He was just 1 year older than you which he used against you in a teasing manner. He wore a red comfy looking sweating with dark red (almost black) jeans and red sneakers.

Harry: ...seriously?

You: *trying your best to not burst out laughing and shifts/wiggles eyebrows* 

Harry: *sighs and smiles ever so slightly while accepting and hugging back* you are such a kid sometimes

You: *laughs* I don't mind that at all *releases him*

Harry: yet you're a sophomore in college *raises an eyebrow*

You: Yeah... and?

Harry: You should start acting like one

You: *sticks out your tongue* you my friend, are a boring one

Harry: *sighs rolling his eyes* thanks

You: *laughs and nudges his arm*

Harry: *rolls his eyes good mannered*

You both then made your way to the kitchen to see Manny drawing on pieces of paper while Robin was currently trying to put all the groceries away. You help Robin with the groceries and soon enough Harry does too, Robin thanks you both and informs you where things go. Once that was done, you all went into the living room and began to watch TV. Harry's favorite show was on for a while but once it ended, Manny chose to watch some cartoons that were pretty entertaining. After what seemed like hours you got up to make some dinner which was (favorite meal). It took some minutes but it was totally worth it since this time, you managed to not burn it to a crisp.

You: Manny! Harry! Robin! I COOKED DINNER!!!

Robin: *walks in* Oh y/n, you could've asked me for help if you needed any *smiles*

You: Ah, I'll keep that in mind next time. Thanks though!

Robin: You're welcome, but to be honest it seems that you didn't need my help, the food looks amazing!

You: *blushes softly at his comment* Ah thank you Robin! That's so kind of you to say!

Robin: *smiles and sits down*

Manny: *walks in with Harry* Yay! Y/n made dinner!!!

Harry: Lets hope that she didn't burn it too

Manny: *laughs a bit and sits down*

You: *shoots Harry a quick glare smiling* No, I did not burn it

Harry: *walks over to the table and is a bit surprised* oh you're right...wow

You: *laughs and smiles*

You all began to eat your servings of f/m and would create small talk amongst each other. It was pleasant and calm, a factor you enjoyed having during this time. You all finished your meal and Robin offered to wash the dishes thus leaving you and the other two to just relax in the living room. But before anyone left, you wanted to talk to them.

You: Ok so, if you guys are ok with this, I'll be going out tomorrow to go see if I can buy anything for the house

Harry: Why?

You: Well I felt like this house needed to be "spiced" up a bit

Robin: Hmm I agree, I'll go with you then

You: Harry, Manny would you two like to come?

Manny: No thank you! *shakes his head smiling*

Harry: I'm fine. I'll look over Manny while you two are gone

You: Ok, sounds good thanks!

You then made your way over to the couch and plopped down while Manny went to play with some of his toys on the floor. Harry looked over at you and had to hold in an amused snicker seeing how you were slumped over. He then decided to sit down and turn the news channel on. After a while of watching what was on the news, Robin entered informing you all that it was 9:30 PM which meant it was time to sleep. You let out a yawn from being pretty tired and agreed with Robin. Harry helped Manny clean up his toys and picked up the sleepy child and bid you both goodnight before walking to their bedroom. Robin then turned to face you while you got up and bid him goodnight before going up the stairs and into your room. Robin walked over to the light switch and turned off all the lights and went to his bedroom getting ready to sleep.

{I'll start adding drawings that I made for chapters if they have to deal with a character. Just so I can give you guys an image of how I think they look like and how they will look like in the story}
