I was ready for my date! When I walked down the stairs they all just stared. "Oh my god, my kid sister is all grown up!"Dally said coming and hugging me. "Ponyboy you sure used your head for getting a girl, because she cleans up real nicely." Darry said barley getting the words out. "What do you think Johnny?" Two-bit asked grinning evilly. After we watched the sunset the stars started to appear. "Oh my god..." I said looking to the stars. "What is it Kay?" He came over to me. "It is just I have always wanted to see the stars shining bright like this" I said with tears forming in my eyes. " oh Kay what do you mean?" He asked worriedly. "Ever since I lost Dally and started getting beat by my parents I would want to watch the stars. Me and Dally would always watch them, until he left. Any time I saw the stars I would cry. I cried because it reminded me how great my life was. Now it means so much to see them because I haven't seen stars like these in 5 years."I said in like 2 breaths. Ponyboy turned me around. "From now on the stars and the moon will remind u of us.."He said. "What do you mean pony- I started then he kissed me.
