I try to sneak in and close the door lightly,but my dad must have super hearing or something. "Y/n, there you are. Are you ok sweetheart?" He asks cupping my face with his hands. "Yeah I'm fine." I respond. "Well me and your mother would like to talk to you about something important." He says, with worry in his eyes. I sigh. I think I know where this is going. We go in the living room and sit down. "Hi honey." My mom says sadly. "Hi mom." I respond sitting next to her. She hugs my side,and rubs my shoulder. "Mom dad before we start this conversation I just want to say, I know about the birds and the bees,my teacher already told us the gross details." I awkwardly call out. Mom and dad look at each other and chuckle softly. Mom puts her shoulder around me. "No miel (honey) me and your father are getting a divorce." She says.
