/The Day after Jeongin Confessed\
(aka a Monday and the present)

The next morning Jeongin woke up late, and as he sat at the table eating cereal he scrolled through the many texts he had gotten.

Maybe he shouldn't have confessed he had a crush, he didn't like the sudden attention he was getting from his already clingy friends.

Jeongin never did get to replying to the other texts he got as he was too busy messaging Felix until he had made it to his first class.

It must have been the luckiest day of his life, because despite the circumstances his teacher hadn't come to the classroom yet.

He sighed in relief, until he inevitably had to sit next to Felix.

There went avoiding his problems, but he would probably just lie anyways.

Felix tended to tease him, and because of that he teased Felix.

After sitting down he started to wonder how he befriended Felix in the first place, because he looked at him with a knowing smile Jeongin knew just what he was going to say.

"So, what's with you and Chan?"

"Felix, there's nothing going on with me and Chan."

"So, you're going to tell me that you got out that tree by yourself and didn't go to a cafe with a certain someone that you've only met once because he's kind and cute?"

"That's exactly what I'm telling you, Felix."

"Well I'm saying he's cute, you're cute, just da-"

And with that their conversation was interrupted by the appearance of the teacher. And so the stressful Monday would continue.
