everything that comes together falls apart
This quote has no particular connection to the plot of the story but I did enjoy reading it because it marks the way life works as it is a never ending cycle of building, breaking and then rebuilding. There's not going to be a definite end or something that is permanent as even life itself is temporary. This line highlights that something not working out isn't going to be the end of it all. It's simply a step and you've got to enjoy each step as nothing ever is permanent.
