Bakudeku Oneshots

The dream

(izuku's POV)

I was on a mission and I was working with kacchan's intern. We were standing outside a building where the villain was holding the hostages.

"Okay villain we know your in there so just come out and nobody gets hurt." one of the pro heroes said

We waited a few moments and nothing happened so they tried again, but once again it failed. So the pro heroes and police headed towards the building. A few moments later you could hear explosions and the building was falling apart. Some parts almost hitting bystanders. The area was evacuated of citizens. Then everything went quiet, a little too quiet. Then it happened again the crashes and sounds of explosions. I turned to look around to look at Kacchan's face. He had his regular irritated look but also tiny hints of worry and fear. The building started falling apart again. I had dodged every piece that fell, but then all of a sudden everything seemed to move in slow motion as I saw Kacchan push me out of the way of a piece I didn't see coming.

"NOOOO KACCHAN!" I yelled as loud as could almost as if it would stop him from being hurt

I rushed to the pile and moved everything out of the way. Once I reached Kacchan I could see his head was bleeding and his legs were crushed.

"Nooo noo why why did you push me out of the way?" I asked panicked

"i-it was b-because I l-love you." Kacchan said

"No you can't leave me here by myself." I said kneeling next to him holding his bloody hand up to my face

"tsk y-your such a crybaby deku" Kacchan said smiling

I could feel his hand slipping away and gradually getting colder. I started tearing up and flat out sobbing. I didn't care if the villain was still there or not.

"K-Kacchan I loved you too." I whispered

I jolted awake and felt my check and they were wet.

'i-it was just a dream' I thought

"ugh deku? Why are you up?" Kacchan asked

"its n-nothing just go back to sleep." I said

"Deku what's wrong why are you crying?" Kacchan asked a little worried

"it was just a bad dream so just go back to sleep." I said pushing him back on the bed

"Okay if your sure." Kacchan said and wrapped his arms around me

I place my head on chest listening to his heart beat.

'as long as I can hear your heart beat.' I thought

I then muttered "Please don't leave me alone." and I guess Kacchan heard it because he said "I won't I promise."
