accept                                                        decline

"Date? you. me. monday?"
He said smiling in the camera.

"To where?"
I said rolling my eyes.

His eyes widened.
"Seriously?"

I nodded and smiled slightly.
Putting my phone on my nightstand so I could look at him while I laid down.

He cheered.

"Don't make me change my mind."

"okay I'l-
'Bitch stop acting like you don't like him.'
A  faint voice in background said.
His eyes widened.
"That was Jocelyn."
Zion said with a chuckle and his hands up in defense.

I scoffed.
"Tell Jocelyn to lick my foot."

"I'd rather do that for you but okay."
Zion said jokingly with a wink.

I Laughed.
"Shut the fuck up. I'd never lick your corn chip toes."
I joked.

He face palmed.
"So, if my toes didn't smell like corn chips you'd suck them?"

I scrunched my face in disgust.
"Your foot looks like hands."

He laughed.

I smiled.
"Besides id never lick toes."

"Not even with peanut butter?"

"Ew Zion i don't want to talk about this anymore. Can you tell Jocelyn what I said please."
I giggled.

He nodded.
"Jocelyn, Noe said lick her foot."
He yelled back to her.

"In between them and everything."
I added.

He laughed.
"In between them hoes and everything."

I busted out in tears.

He shrugged.
"Anyways as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted."
He yelled the last part.
'Zion ain't nobody worried about you.'
This time it was Nick who said something.
"You are now though."
It went quiet.

I giggled at how long he was waiting to say something.

"Alright then."
He said after not getting a response.

"Go ahead Caleb."

"I'll pick you up and take you to one of my favorite lunch spots. Deal?"

I nodded.
"Sounds like a date to me."

He smiled at me.
There was a bark and I got excited almost forgetting about simba.

"Oh my gosh, show me simba my baby."

"Why do you like Simba more than me?"
He showed the dog briefly before showing his face again.

"Because I just do."

"Just like Edwin."

"Yeah, that's when I hang up."

"No don't."
He yelled.

I giggled at his response.
"Okay, then shut the fuck up."

"Okay, okay I don't know how long this hard to get thing is going to last but I'll wait."

"There's no hard to get."

"Yes there is some hard to get factors."
He continued.
"We would have been, been on a date if you weren't so hard to get."

"First of all, I like edwin a lot and wanted him so badly and you couldn't stop it. Tw-"

"But I did though."
He smiled.

"Yeah goodnight."
I said getting ready to hang up.

"Noelani chill."

"Anyways back to what I was saying... Two you were annoying."

He raised his eyebrow.
"So i'm not annoying now."

"Whoa, you still are."

"Yeah okay i'm just like that because I like you a lot."
He looked down.

I smiled slightly.
"Yeah I can see that."
It was quiet for quite some time. I was starting to feel my eyes get heavy.
"Zion."

He looked up.
"Yes."

"I'm tired so I'll talk to you tomorrow."

He nodded.

"Goodnight."

"Goodnight, babygirl."
He hung up.

Right before I could even say anything.
