It has been four months since the Cullen's left. I stopped talking, just laying in bed day after day. Each night I wake up screaming from nightmares. In my dreams, I'm in the forest and Emmett is there telling me how worthless I am. I just can't get the horrible words he said to me that out of my head. He told me that I was just a pet, a worthless pathetic pet.
"Xan?" Dad says, walking into my room and sitting on my bed.
I stay quiet.
"Xan I think I have an idea, you remember your Aunt Jenna and your cousins Elena and Jeremy? I think you should move in with them, just have some time away from here..from all the bad memories."
I stay silent, hugging my pillow.
"I think it's a great idea, pack your things and I'll call your Aunt Jenna."
With that said he leaves me alone. I lay there for a few minutes before forcing myself out of bed. I then began packing my things.
Dad walks back in my room, "I made the call. Your flight leaves in two hours."
I nod my head and head towards the bathroom. I take a hot shower before getting dressed and blow drying my hair.
