We were minutes from watching the premiere of Supergirl, I was relaxing with Stephen and Kate C while everyone rushed around grabbing snacks and mingling.
"When do the girls come back?" I asked.
"In 3 days" Katie said, "I'm excited"
"Yay" I smiled, I felt a discomfort in my back and side. "I hope she comes soon"
"You feeling okay, babe?" Stephen asked, rubbing my back.
"Yea, she's just being restless" I huffed. "I need some water"
"I'll go grab you some" He said, standing up and heading to the snack and drink table. As he got out of ear shot, I leaned towards Katie.
"So?" I asked. She choked on her soda, putting it down.
"Jesus, Mel" She sighed. "What?"
"Don't play dumb, you used my email for that gift card" I said.
"Remind me to change that later" She sighed, "They were all negative"
"Naw" I huffed, leaning back and crossing my arms. "Kept my hopes up"
"I'm sorry, but I told you, no kids til marriage" She said.
"I will elope you two" I said, "I'm ordained"
"How?" She asked, giving me a confused look.
"I got bored being on bed rest" I sighed, "Also, apparently I am a red apple, I was Marilyn Monroe in a past life, and Robert Downey Jr is in love with me and Ryan Reynolds is my boyfriend"
"Buzzfeed tests?" She asks, chuckling.
"Bed rest sucks" I chuckled. Stephen came back and handed me the water.
"It starts in 2 minutes! Find your seats!" Tom exclaimed, "I mean you Manu!"
"Fuck off! I'm eating" Manu said from the corner he and Grant were stuffing their faces with hot dogs.
"Ah, the sounds of family"

The episode was coming closer to an end, I was moving around in my seat, pushing myself up a little and repositioning myself. "You okay, Angel?" Manu whispered, he and Katie looked at me.
"Yea, just getting fidgety" I said.
"Almost the end of the episode" Katie whispered. We focused back on the TV.
"You can't just shush, for two minutes?" Laurel whipped around, nearly knocking Slade and Malcolm over.
"You realize you aren't babysitting at the moment" Malcolm said.
"I don't care, I need to stay kid friendly or else I'll have like 3 superhero mothers yelling at me" Laurel said.
"We need you in the medbay" Oliver stormed past them. "Now"
"Ooh, protective Ollie" Nicole said, popping some popcorn in her mouth.
"Correction, deadly Ollie" Grant said, caressing Melinda's head as she napped on his chest.
"Ollie is always deadly" Manu said.
"True though" David R laughed.
The Devils Triad and Oliver stormed into the Medbay and found William asleep on a gurney, Alex and other doctors working to help him and Kara pacing. "What happened?" Laurel asked.
"We were out walking the park, I stopped to buy us Ic Cream and he ran over to play a game of tug of war with some other kids, in seconds a loud bang echoed the park and parents were running everywhere" Kara nearly began sobbing, "I found him knocked unconscious, but the thing is... he was the only person injured"
"It was a targeted attack" Laurel said.
"Well, That was a short vacation" Malcolm said, crossing his arm. "There's no way we can go to the Maldives now"
"Like hell am I leaving" Laurel said, Siren clearly shinning through.
"You stay with him" Oliver kissed Kara's forehead, "We'll deal with this"
Oliver began walking out, Kara have a nod to her siblings who nodded in response. No words were exchanged, but they knew.
"Let's kick some ass"

"Hooo! Whoever did it is a dead man walking" Caity exclaimed.
"That was epic, like really epic" Kat said. "But it'll be more epic when I'm introduced"
"I need some air" I said, standing up and head to the porch. Stephen and Caity followed me out.
"Are you okay, Angel?" Stephen asked, holding my hand and rubbing my back.
"Yea, I just need some water and air" I said. He nodded, handing my hand off to Caity.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Caity asked.
"I don't know" I sighed, my breathing became heavier.
"Mel, I think your-" She was cut off as a pool formed under us. "... Labour..."
"STEPHEN!!!"
