"Kara, no," Malcolm said.

"But the landlord said small pets were okay," Kara said.

"He did not mean ten turtles, you get one," Malcolm said.

"But, I can't pick, I want all of them," Kara pouted.

"Kara, I'm supposed to be the child here, not you," Malcolm said.

"But I want them," Kara whined.

"Comprimise, we'll get two, one for each of us," Malcolm said.

"Fine, but you will help me take care of them," Kara said.

"Fine," Malcolm said, smiling.

"I want to go home now," Kara said.

"We have to buy the turtles Kara," Malcolm said.

"But that lines so long," Kara whined.

"Is this how I am every day, because if so I apologize," Malcolm said.

"Are you going to apologize to Slade and Laurel," Kara asked.

"No," Malcolm said. "Now, look that wasn't so long."

"Let's go home now," Kara said.

"Okay," Malcolm put his arm around her.
