Hey guys! I'm back with another one, and yes, it's somehow again about Patton not being okay. I'm sorry! I really do try to harm the boys equally! lol but I'm not actually sorry hahahahaha.

Anyway. Have this first chapter. Not sure how consistent my updates will be, but deal with it cuz I'm a literal mess lol.

Warnings: Manipulation, intentional manipulation, the intention of causing harm (in the beginning)

His new roommate was, in simple words, perfect. Young, naive, adorable, not to mention probably a virgin. Just the kind of person he loved to break. Matthew smirked down into his coffee mug, then drained it in one gulp, ignoring the burning in his throat. He had a method, and it worked every time. Nevermind that the other was just a freshman in college, he was an adult as much as Matthew was, though Matthew was a few years older. It was his youth that made Matthew's new roommate so... tempting.

Matthew glanced toward the door to their dormitory, but it remained closed. Of course, it did, his classes didn't end for fifteen more minutes. By then, Matthew would be ready to push his plan into motion. Matthew stood, stretching his arms above his head. It was obvious that he already had a small crush on Matthew, that would just make it easier to pull him in. And once he was in, well, Matthew grinned. Once he was in, there was no way Patton would be able to escape unharmed.

"You guys should meet Matthew!" Patton gasped as they made their way toward the apartment building.

"Who's Matthew?" Logan asked, raising an eyebrow. Virgil groaned, shaking his head. Roman beamed.

"Matthew is Patton's new roommate, and I believe Patton has taken a fancy to him!" He declared, bouncing on the balls of his feet. Patton flushed.

"Wh-no! We barely know each other, I..." he groaned at their expressions. "Okay, I like him. Just a little bit. Y'know? He just..." Patton smiled thinking about it.

His yellow-brown eyes, unlike any Patton had ever seen. They seemed to swallow all light and color and were just so interesting to look at. His sharp features, almost as sharp as Logan's. The sound of his voice, like he had so many secrets but also like he was completely honest. His little chuckle when an awkward silence fell... there were lots of things about Matthew that Patton liked.

"I just like him." Patton finished as they got into the elevator.

"Well, I'd love to meet the fellow!" Roman said. "Maybe nudge him in the right direction, eh?" Patton's face flamed at the thought.

"N-no! You'll do no such thing!" He demanded, folding his arms. Roman laughed. "Roman!"

"What?"

"Promise you won't!" Patton begged, eyes wide behind his glasses. Roman sighed.

"Alright, alright, I promise," Roman said as they reached Patton's floor. "Is he home now?"

"Probably." Patton shrugged. "His classes are only on Thursdays and Fridays, the lucky duck!"

"Please never say 'lucky duck' again," Virgil said, following them out.

"Logan, you want to come?" Patton asked. Logan hesitated, then shrugged and stepped out. The elevator closed after him.

"I may as well." he sighed. Patton jumped and clapped his hands, then pulled out his key card and walked toward his door.

"I'm sure you'll love him!" he said, opening the door. They stepped inside. "Matthew, you home?"

"I am indeed." Matthew stepped into the hallway and blinked, surprised. "And who are they?"

"These are my friends from back home!" Patton said, gesturing wildly. "We all got accepted here, isn't that great!"
