Ch. 22

These past few days Lisa always hangout with Miyeon together with her friends Minnie and Yuqi. She keep on ignoring her friends. They tried to talk to her but she always refused it. Miyeon talked to her about that but she didn't listen. She's really a hardheaded.

She misses Jennie so bad, she really do. But she's hurt for leaving her. She's now at the cemetery alone. It's sunday in the afternoon.

"Chu, I still can't believe Jennie leave me too. Just like you did. Well you have your excuse. But your sister, what's her excuse? After she told me she loves me then she will just gonna leave me here hanging? Wow that's absolutely pathetic. I hurt her fine, but I'm ready to make things right but what did she do? She left me like I was nothing. What the hell is wrong with her? I miss her chu I really do. But she hurt me. You know how much I hate those people who leave me. But how can I hate the person I love the most?" she smiled full of hurt in her eyes

"I love her Chu. I really do. But I think I'm too late. We're too late for each other. I wish I can unlove her Chu"

"Don't" She know that voice. She can't move, her feet were like glued on the ground feeling like she's paralyzed

"Lili" The person who called her went infront of her as she hug her

"Nini" She whispers her heart start beating so fast. Lisa can't speak in shock.

"Lisa, I'm sorry because I left you here. I'm sorry for leaving you, I'm sorry for trying to run away from you. But I guess Irene unnie was right, I can't run away from the truth. I can't run away from you" She pulled away as she hold Lisa's chin while she slowly lifting her head "Can you please say something"

"I...i'm j...just shocked. Nini" She huged Jennie as jennie hugged back. "I miss you, I miss you so bad. Please don't do that again" Lisa sobs. Jennie pulled her away she cupped her cheeks

"I'm not going anywhere. I won't leave you again and that's a promise" She assured

"Jen, you don't know how much I missed you. You don't know how much I regret hurting you. I'm..." Lisa eyes widen as Jennie pulled her into a soft kiss. Jennie slowly moved her mouth as she closed her eyes. Lisa kissed back.

"I love you" Lisa said between their kiss. Jennie pulled away

"Say it again" She grinned

"I love you Jennie Kim" She sincerely said as she give her a peck

"I love you Lalisa Manoban" She put her arms around her neck and they kissed again. They both smile between their kiss. They get interrupted when rain is falling in their face. They both laughed

"I didn't expect this Nini. I though I will never get a chance to see you again"

"That won't happen. I can't stay away from the person I love" She imitated Lisa's accent at the last part.

"Yah!" She pinch her nose. "Let's enjoy the rain Nini" She said happily. She grabbed her hand as they are both running in the rain.

Lisa can't stop smiling from ear to ear same as Jennie.

'It's all worth it' Jennie mumbled as she continue to chase Lisa.

They are both enjoying the moment. Lisa back hug Jennie

"This is the perfect moment, isn't it?" she giggled. Jennie pulled away as she press ther forehead together

"It is. You're worth the wait Lis. You're worth the pain. You're worth it Manoban" She sincerely said. "Yesterday I'm not sure if my decision of going back here was right, I have no idea if you will accept me or not. I'm glad I did. I'm glad I went here to see you and hear all those words from you...I'm glad I went there for you to realized that you love me"

"You don't have to go there for me to realised what I really feel for you, I already knew the answer, but I'm just afraid of what other people think and I'm just afraid that you might leave me as well. You can't blame me for thinking that way, because every person I love, they are all leaving me. And you did as well...but I'm glad you came back"

"...wait you love me? When? How?"

"I don't know when, how or whatsoever. I just listen to my heart. I listen to it Nini. Because my heart will not think about what's right or wrong. It only chooses what/who makes it happy, and it's you. But my mind did, my mind think that it is wrong for loving you but you know what, I think it is right now because you makes me happy, you did it again. You never fail to make me happy" Lisa paused. She held Jennie's hand as she stare again to Jennie

"I may not say this often but Thank you, thank you for waiting for me. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for taking care of me, thank you for understanding me. Thank you for staying. Thank you for always being there for me when I kept on pushing you away that time. Thank you for everything Nini. Thank you for believing in me when no one else did. You're the only person who understands me. Jisoo is right, you will make me happy, so thank you so much Nini. Thank you for staying even though I keep on hurting you. Now...it's my turn to make you smile everyday. I hope you will let me" She knows how sincere Lisa is. She pinch her nose

"Smooth talker stop that. You don't have to thank me I did it because I want to. That's how much I love you Lisa. I will do everything just to make sure you're okay. I will do everything to the person I love" Jennie paused "You're worth it Manoban"

"I am?"

"Yes don't you know that?"

"Now I know" She sweetly smiled from ear to ear. She give a peck as she intertwined their hands together in the rain.
