Till death do us part

Today was the day i was committing to the man I loved for the rest of my life, Shawn Mendes.

I slipped into my white gown and was getting my hair done when Karen (shawn's mum) walked in. She put her hands on my shoulders from behind as I continued to look into the Mirror. "You are perfect for my son y/n" she spoke. "I can tell that he truly loves you and would do anything for you, and you would do the same" she smiled, tears forming in her eyes. "I know you will take good care of him and love him unconditionally. I am excited to welcome you to the family and have you known as y/n mendes" tears rolled down her cheek.

I got up and hugged her. "Thanks, that means a lot. I am so lucky to have met him and he truly does mean the world to me. I promise to care for and love Shawn forever and stay by his side until my last breath. I really love your son and plan to stay with him for the rest of my life."

She smiled at me before ushering me out the door. My dad walked up to me taking my arm. The traditional music begins to play and I began to walk down the aisle. I looked at shawn to see him crying, quickly trying to wipe the tears away so i don't see them. When I finally reach the end I wiped his tears and smiled at him.

"Y-you look beautiful." He said as he looked me up and down star struck. "sorry I got a bit emotional, I just can't believe this day is finally here" I giggled before saying "you look handsome, mendes." He ran his fingers through his hair.

the priest asked "do you Shawn Mendes, take y/n to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?"
Shawn nodded before saying "I do."

The priest continued by asking me "do you y/n y/l/n take Shawn as your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you part?"
You replied tears forming in your eyes "I do."

The priest brought the ceremony to an end as he said "in that case, I now pronounce you man and wife. Shawn you may now kiss your bride." Shawn grinned widely before gently placing a kiss on my lips. The guests cheered as we pulled away from each other, still staring into each other's eyes. "I love you, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you" Shawn said, kissing me on the cheek.
