Ok so here is my theory...

There are tonnes of alternate universes and when we die if we go to whichever one we deserve.

So if you go to hell it will be a new life that is worse than the past one
If we go to heaven then it will be a new life that is better then your past one.

If you are truly terrible and the higher powers decide you don't even deserve to continue on in any world so our entire existence is eradicated.

But this is just a theory
