Chapter 15: Kinky

Kakauwi ko lang galing school. Tapos na ang klase namin at maghahanda na ako pauwi sa amin. My wounds and bruises hurts really bad. I don't want to tell my father this thing because I know that he will get really mad.

Siguro, hindi muna ako uuwi sa amin. Hintayin ko lang na gumaling 'yung mga pasa at sugat ko. I know that it will cause a lot of trouble if my father will find out what happened.

"Wine, sit here..."

Hinatak ako ni Whiskey at pinaupo niya ako sa kama. He is just looking at my face and I can see through his eyes that he is so worried about me.

"I have to clean your wound again."

Kumuha siya ng panglinis ng sugat. Honestly, he brought me to the hospital yesterday. Sobrang nag-aalala siya kahit medyo ok naman ako.

"Aaaww!" Sabi ko nang madampian ng bulak ang sugat sa noo ko.

"Oh sorry, does it hurt really bad?"

"No, not really... Pasensya na, mahina ang tolerance ko sa pain," I said.

I smiled while he is cleaning my wound. I realized that it is the first time that he is so worried about me.

Noon kasi, wala siyang emotions na pinapakita except for rage ahhahah. I'm so happy because I know that he improved a lot.

"It's done!" He said.

I find him really sweet. Ganun naman talaga, di'ba? Kapag ang tao na sobrang cold ay nagpakita ng sweet side niya, sobrang ma-appreciate mo.

"Hey, why are you smiling?" He asked.

"Hmmm... I'm just happy!"

Kumunot ang noo niya dahil sa sinabi ko. It looks like he don't want to believe me hahahah.

"Nabugbog ka na nga ng kapatid ko, masaya ka pa? Sometimes, I don't understand you, Wine. You are so unbelievable!"

I smiled...

"There are things that we should be thankful with. There is beauty in everything, right? Hindi porke't may masamang nangyari, malulungkot na ako. I'm happy because I know that whatever happens, you are always there for me."

I know that he is in shock because of what I've said. There are things that I want him to realize. He is just looking at my eyes.

"You are so unbelievable, Wine. Ikaw lang ang kilala ko na ganyan," he said.

"Anong ganyan? Bakit? Ano ba ako?"

"You believe in kindness of people. Kaya mahal kita eh."

I bit my lower lip because of what he said. I-I don't expect that I  will hear it from him right now.

"Hey! Why are you always blushing? I'm just telling the truth!" He said while laughing a bit.

"Because it's unusual for you to tell me that you love me," I said.

I saw him smiling...

He held my cheek and I can feel warmth from his hand.

"From now on, I'll always tell you that I love you, my Wine."

I felt that my face became hotter because of what he said. Lalo siyang napatawa sa akin.

"Hahahahah sobrang dali mong kiligin, Wine!"

Ok, just laugh at me if you want. I just pout my lips. Sino ba naman kasi ang hindi kikiligin kay Whiskey?

"From now on, you are my Wine; because you are only mine," he said.
