It had been two weeks since you and Tom had gotten back from your honeymoon. You and Tom were currently in LA as Tom was back continuing to film for a new marvel film coming out soon. You weren't in this film so you got to stay in the house and relax for the two weeks you got back. But over these two weeks you haven't been feeling the best, you had morning sickness and were also very tired all the time. You didn't think that much about it until you missed your period, that got you thinking, maybe you were pregnant.
It was a Wednesday and Zendaya had said she would come and spend the day with you as you both didn't have anything planned. While you were on your laptop in the kitchen you heard the doorbell ring, you knew it would be Zendaya, you made your way to the door to let her in.
"Z!" You said to her as you both hug each other
"I've missed you Y/N" She says to you
"I've missed you too" You say to her, you both break away from the hug and make your way to the kitchen. There you pour some drinks for you both as you talk about the honeymoon.
"So, how was the honeymoon?" She asks you
"It was amazing, I loved it" You say to her
"But I think I've got a problem" You say looking at her, she looks concerned
"What's up?" She asks you
"I think I might be pregnant" You say looking at her, she is shocked but her face quickly turns into excitement.
"That's amazing Y/N" She says
"Is it though?" You ask her
"I mean sure it sounds good, but me and Tom just got married and we both wanted to wait a few years until we had kids" You say to her
"Well have you used a pregnancy test to see if you are actually pregnant?" She asks you, you shake your head at her.
"Okay you stay here, I'll run to the store and buy some, okay" She says, you nod in response and see her leave out the front door. While you wait for her you google symptoms of pregnancy and read more on it.
After a couple of minutes Z comes back with a packet of pregnancy tests, you both make your way to the bathroom and you go to the toilet while Z waits and sits on the bathroom counter for you to come out. You walk out and set the test on the counter next to her.
"How long do I have to wait?" You ask her
"2 minutes" She says as she reads the box, you pace around the bathroom looking at the floor until Z says it's time.
"You look at it" You say to her as you're too nervous to look at it, she looks up at you
"You're pregnant" She says, you burst into tears, not out of sadness but happiness you can't believe your pregnant. You run up and hug her.
"Congratulations" She says to you as she has tears in her eyes, you break away from the hug and look at the test. It reads positive, you can't believe it.
"I wanna take two more tests, just to make sure" You say to her, she nods. Both of those tests come back positive as well. You can't believe it, you really are pregnant. Your emotions were all over the place and you started to panic, how will Tom react. Z sees you looked worried as you walk out the bathroom, she walks up to you.
"What's wrong?" She asks as you sit on the bed
"I don't know if Tom will be happy" You say looking at her worried, she sits down next to you and wraps her arm around you.
"I'm sure he'll be happy, but don't worry about that the now okay" She says to you, you nod and hug her
That night you decided to tell Tom, you cook dinner as you wait for him to get in from filming. As you were in the kitchen you hear the front door open and close and hear his voice shouting for you.
"Y/N, where are you?" He shouts for you
"I'm in the kitchen" You shout back, you see him walk towards you, he wraps his arms around you and kisses you
"I missed my beautiful wife" He says smiling at you
"I missed you too" You say kissing him, he goes and gets changed while you continue to cook. When he gets back downstairs you have put down two plates of pasta at the island for yous two.
During dinner Tom knows somethings wrong with you, you are too quiet and aren't eating. You don't look at him and look down at your plate instead.
"You okay?" He asks you, you look at him and nod
"Yeah, just tired" You respond smiling at him
"Y/N, I know you're lying" He says looking at you, he places his hand on yours
"It's okay, you can tell me anything, okay?" He says smiling at you, you take a deep breathe and look up at him.
"Okay, okay, promise not to freak out" You say looking at him, he smiles at you
"I promise" He replies
"Okay, well....I'm pregnant" You say looking at him, he doesn't say anything back. He gets up from his seat and turns around so he isn't facing you.
"Tom" You say as you put your arm on his shoulder, he turns around and picks you up and spins you around. You smile and laugh until he puts you down. His arms wrap around your waist and look up at him.
"Why are you crying?" You ask him, wiping a tear away from his face
"I'm just so happy" He says smiling as more tears fall from his face
"I was worried" You said smiling at him
"Why?" He asks you
"I didn't know if you were gonna be happy, just because we planned to have kids after a few years" You say looking at him
"I know but I'm still happy, even if we didn't plan it" He says smiling, you smile back and hug him.
"What if I'm not a good dad though" He says
"I think you have nothing to worry about, I feel like you're gonna be an amazing dad" You say as you both stand there hugging each other.
