Chapter Five

Since that fateful day, Tae became anxious. His parents continued to push him to continue getting married to Bubble.

But to both sides they decided to stop the wedding and decided to become friends.

After they graduated,Bubble came a famous director in Thailand while Tae continued his father's legacy by taking over the company as the CEO.

Despite him reluctant to take over he knew he had no other choice.

Now five years have gone by and Tae kept himself busy with work and didn't have any time to socialise and get into the dating scene.

Every time his friends sent him LINE message asking him to join them at a random club he would declined

Tae: sorry guys I got a meeting with an investor and international client as well as a ln upcoming company

Bas:au P please come just once. Just have fun na na na 🙏

Kimmon:Yeah P come on. Just once. You are always working. Let's go live a little and relax

Copter:Yeah I know right? When was the last time we go out and have fun P

Godt:They are right P. Come join us P. After this we won't bother you

Tae sighed and answered

Tae:I can't. This client is important to the company. Out company is planning to go overseas.

He turned off his phone and continued typing out something on his laptop.

Soon it was already 3AM in the morning and he closed his laptop and stretched his arms and got his papers set at the shelf got his briefcase and left the office.

He saw the night guard who greeted him

"Have a good rest sir"the guard by the name of Gun answered whilst saluting to him.

Tae just smiled and soon got down to the parking lot outside the building and drove home.

This was his life now. The same thing over and over again.

He arrived home and set his briefcase and changed his clothes and soon got on his bed.

He thought of the years gone by since that fateful day and his thoughts soon onto a certain male by the name of Tee Jaruji and wondered

"Where the hell have you been hiding all these years? Why can't I find any trace of you? Like you disappeared into thin air"

At the very same time a man came out from the taxi he was riding and getting his luggage out and go straight to the door where he rang the bell and a middle age woman opened the door and was shocked

"Son" the woman exclaimed

"Sawadee khrap Mae. You still look gorgeous as always" the man said

At that moment a middle age man's voice voice ask and appeared at the door

"Who is at the door honey?" The middle age man ask and saw the figure of someone who disappeared for four years "Tee"

Tee smiled and said "I'm back mae por"he gave his wai to his parents and his mae right then and there engulfed him in a tight hug

"My baby is back. I missed you. Where the hell have you been?! You suddenly left the country"

Tee just grinned and answered "in the US mae por. I finished my studies and I am working there. Sorry mae"

His por was quiet and Tee waited for any reaction until his por out him in a headlock and yelled "you made your mae cry"

Tee was surprised by the headlock couldn't breathe "Por...."he hit his por's arm trying to make his por to let him go. He almost turned blue when his mae came in between his por and him by hitting the back of his por's head with a newspaper

"Stop that or tomorrow we won't have any son" his mae said

His por immediately let him go and Tee coughing for air rub his chest

"This was your first warning. If you leave and made your mae cry again I will really kill you"his por said with a stern voice

Tee just nodded "Yes por"

His mae smiled and hugged his son "I missed you my son. Ah you look so thin. Aren't you eating well? Ah go to your room and rest na. I will start making lunch. Your favorite food"

Tee smiled and nodded "Khrap mae" he soon got his luggage up the flight of stairs and soon got to his room.

He felt nostalgic as soon as g entered his room and he remembered one person who always occupy his heart. It ache thinking of the reality

"He probably happy with his wife and have kids"Tee said as he laid in bed.

How wrong he was.

He shook his head and got out of bed and went to his luggage where he got his clothes out as well as some other things as well, trinkets of where he was for the past four years.

"It's good to be back home" he said aloud to nobody in particular

What will happen when one day they will meet again after four years apart.

Will it be awkward or will it lead to something to ignite the longing they had for the past four years.
