Like thieves in the night, we sneak.
We snatch the trees from the birds and the sea from the fish.
We steal the night from the moon and the day from the sun.
We take death from life and make this world our own.
And when that grows dull, we catch the planets from the galaxies, and wrap them all up into one,
A place we share and where I am the one.
Oh, what a dream that would be.
