Chapter 22

Turns out, the breakfast my mother made and staying up until ungodly hours did wonders.

The second the coach started moving i was outters. I cant be sure how long i was sleeping for but Stella was nudging me awake after what felt like 5 minutes later and the sun was beginning to rise

"Get up sleepy head" Stella says quietly close to my ear "we're switching coaches" i slowly stretch and sit up, a sheering pain shot down my back from my shoulders and i winced. Sleeping on buses was always a fun experience

"Whats wrong with this one?" I ask dubiously. Stella chuckles

"Theres nothing wrong with it. We're just getting on to the Disney coach" i nod like i understood but i didnt. I thought this was the disney coach… i look around and noticed that the coach was completely empty.

My family was gone along with their luggage. I grabbed my bag and looked out the window to see a small group of people stood outside a building which I'm assuming is the services.

I spot Eren and Lee stood by the entrance, most likely waiting for us. Lee looked a tired mess and i couldnt even see Eren because he had his hood up
We wondered off the bus and made it over to Eren and Lee.

"Did you guys sleep at all?" I ask them both. Lee looked over to me, looking absolutely misersble. Im guessing he wasnt happy about being woken up

"Yes, but only about an hours worth. We're supposed to be here for 45 minutes… im going to have to find a bench to sleep on in there" Lee mutters the last part, like hes planning it all out to himself.

I turn my attention to Eren, who hasnt looked in our direction yet. His face his covered by his hood and i can only see the tip of his crooked nose, parts of his dishiveled hair and his lips

"What about you, Eren?" I ask him and he turns his head slightly to look at me. The corners of his lips were turned downwards in an uncharacteristic frown. His under eyes were dark and his eyelids looked heavy

"Not a wink" he states. I bet. His voice came out sleepy and almost raspy... and honestly, he sounded so hot. He narrows his eyes at me just when i realised i was staring so i looked away quickly and very obviously might i add

"Where're your parents?" Stella asks and we all turn to her. Lee points with his thumb into the services

"Getting us all food. Mum said to meet them in there" Lee slings his arm over my shoulder and guides me inside. Stella and Eren follow behind us. I thought he might have put his arm over me to be brotherly and nice, but i soon realised that he just needed something to lean on and apparently his sister was the perfect choice for this

"Is it bad that i'm not hungry? That breakfast is still filling my belly" Stella says beside me, picking up the pace to most likely be away from Eren. I nod

"Yeah same… but i cant turn down food for some reason so" i shrug causing Lee to groan. He had his head rested on my shoulder now, half asleep.

We walked in where all of the food shops were. Mcdonalds, Burger King, Subway and KFC all surrounding an open area filled with seats and booths. I find us a booth and lay Lee down onto it. I think he was gone at this point. Stella slips in opposite him and i turn to Eren whos eyes looked heavier then my own

"Did they say what they were getting us?" I ask

"KFC i think" Eren tries to recall with his hands in his hoodie pocket. I turn around to face Stella, taking my backpack off and placing it down next to her

"Okay, im going to go find them and tell them where we are… can you stay with the bags and… sleeping beauty by there?" I nod my head towards Lee and Stella smiles
