Chapter 34

Armegeddon was pretty crap. It was just a lot of fancy effects in a small room of props. Lee and Eren were beyond amazed. The way they both reacted to the blast of fire was like they were little kids again, completely bewildered and amazed.

Stella most likely wouldnt admit it, but she enjoyed the experience too. Mainly because enjoying the same things as Eren is a hard thing for her to process

Right after Armegeddon we went to Toy Story Land. Stella, Lee and I practically ran to the RC car ride.
Eren stayed back with our parents and Melanie and Hudson, understandably. Over the shoulder saftey bars on a ride that goes past a 90 degree angle as it shoots you in the air. Backwards and forwards. Not his thing.

It was so fun for the rest of us though. It was a 4 seater so the 3 of us took up a row. We managed to get the back row so we were practically dangled mid air. The g force was intense and when we got off we were all laughing hysterically about how we could hardly walk. Our legs felt like jelly.

Meeting back up with everyone else the only people waiting were Ryan, Georgia and my mum. They were all leaning against a rail watching the slinky ride go around the tracks

"Where are the others?" I ask Georgia as we reach them. Shes smiling happily as she points towards the Slinky Dog ride. When i look over i see Eren and Melanie sharing a seat with my dad and Hudson behind them.

It was a kids ride. Perfect for Hudson. Melanie just looked bored and so did my dad but he was trying to make it look like he was enjoying for Hudson. Eren was honest to god loving it. It wasnt fast… like at all and mildly went up and down. It looks tedious just watching it

"Aww, Eren finally found the perfect ride for him" Lee laughs watching the ride go around. We all joined in.

The ride came to a stop not long after and we waited for them to come off. Hudson was bouncing with joy over his first roller coaster and Melanie looked just about ready to go to sleep

"C'mon Mel" Eren laughs scoping her up and bending his head forward to put her on his shoulders. She squeaks in surprise and grabs onto Erens head laughing with joy

"You can't fall asleep yet, squirt" he takes a hold of her hands so she doesnt fall as he begins to dance to the disney music playing from the speakers around the park.

Melanie sat giggling on his shoulders as she bobbed to the music, wide awake now. I couldnt help but smile to myself as Eren weaved my little sister around the passing Disney goers

"We're going back to the rooms to have food and get ready for the light show" Stella says creeping up behind me. She makes me jump slightly because my attention had been wrapped around Eren and my sister. The cuteness was overwhelming. I had completely forgotten about that

"Oh right, okay" I smile to her. She narrows her eyes at me suspiciously and i back away from her slowly to meet up with my parents who had already began to make their way out of toy story land.

If Stella was at all suspicious of Eren and I, i needed to throw her off somehow… or… i could just tell her… Stella would get it right? Maybe this is something i need to speak with Eren about… once ive broken up with my boyfriend

Walking back to the park after having food and freshening up, the sky was now illuminated with stars and the park around us was lit up by disney street lamps. Although, on the horizon over the lake the sun was only just setting and the sky around it was orange and pink. It looked beautiful

I cant help but notice how similar tonight is to the night Eren and i kissed… i also couldnt help my eyes wandering to him as we passed the exact spot where i confessed.
