Absolute Zero - The Ancient Cold

• The Ancient Cold
A Disease. A cold so cold it freezes light in its path. Freezes a person's inner light. Freezing inner light causes cold to spread into the heart and darkness to pour into the soul.

• The colder Apoth gets, the more Fearlings can smell him. The chills he gets warns of oncoming Fearlings.

• The Absolute Zero is constantly trying to consume his heart and his inner light. So he has to be careful not to get too cold.

• Shaking from anger/aggression is similar to shivering from the cold/dying. Reaching Absolute Zero.

• If he gets cold while he sleeps, he gives himself nightmares. He's had this ability since he was Entity. Apoth getting colder causes a relapse in those "Entity Tendencies" on a subconscious level. Cold nightmares can reach Seraphina? They normally fall asleep together then slowly move and somewhat separate during the night. Apoth usually clings to her again in the early morning. He learns to stay close to her the whole night to avoid getting cold or getting the blankets stolen.
