Taehyun's POV

I didn't go to school today because I was badly injured.

I have to thank Beomgyu for beating me up. I didn't feel like going to school today anyways.

I just relaxed the whole day, doing everything in my bed.

My body is in pain. But i didn't mind. I was used to it, remembering my childhood days.

I also watched netflix as I always do in my free time.

Watching movies helped me understand human feelings more.

But despite all of that, I can't feel them by myself.

Yesterday changed it all.

Sadness. I felt sadness and cried after a very long time.

I was told not to cry and man up, I remembered it all.

I wanted all of my emotions to be back and live like everyone else.

When was the last time I was genuinely happy?

I can't remember.

*knock knock knock*

I heard knocks at my room's door.

"Come in mom" I said as I focused at the movie I was watching.

"Do i look like your mom?" He chuckled.

But it wasn't mom who came in.

What is he doing here??

What. Is. Choi. Beomgyu. Doing. At. My. House??

Do i look okay?

Aish. My face has bruises all over. I look hideous.

Why does it matter? Beomgyu probabbly saw this bruised face already from yesterday.

I mean- he caused this. 

Why do I need to look good??? Its just Beomgyu.

I just shurgged it off and said "hi."

"Hey how are you feeling?" He asked me as he sat next to me here at the bed.

"F-fine." I said.

Why am I stuttering?

"Here." He handed me something that came in a huge paper bag.

What is this?

I opened it.

Oh? It was a banana milk and...

A fox plushie?

It also has a note on it.

"I'm sorry Taehyunie. Don't cry. Just smile :)"

I can't help but smile.

...smile?

"Hey Taehyun! You're smiling!" Beomgyu said in his usual happy tone.

I touched my lips to make sure.

Yes, I am smiling.

This triggered another memory. But a good one, probabbly the best so far.
