You handed me your gift, covered with a dark blue wrapper with Frosty the Snowman dotting on each corner. "Here, open it."
And so I did. The box was too light for anything big, I guessed.
A dash of agitation cut across my face and I felt my heart clunching on itself in surprise.
The box was empty.
