Chapter 8

Everyone was still in shock about what happened and hasn't said a word.

"You said yourself..."
"It was just an act. We aren't staying," Shawn said and Josh sighted.
"Okay so that is a shock," Topanga said.
"Sorry she lied," Katy said.
"Well I'll believe it when I hear it from her," Josh said and stormed out of the apartment.

"Shawn don't. He won't believe it unless he hears it from Maya."
"Why?" Shawn asked.
"It's who he is. Just leave it," Cory said.

Josh's pov

I knew Shawn was telling the truth but I wanted to hear it from Maya.
I knew that if I heard it from her it would make it a little easier.
Or a lot harder.
I'll have to find out when I talk to her and I don't know when that will be.
Hopefully it will be soon but I am not going to pressure her.
She must be able to come to me.
And even though I don't know when that will be I'll be patient with her.
It's the only way she will trust me.
