"Dammit." I hissed as those words haunt me everytime I close my eyes
"Woah dude, what's with the cursing?" Renjun suddenly chuckled and threw a pillow at me, I caught it and rolled my eyes
"Girl problem?"
I stayed silent.
"More like.. Hina problem." Haechan suddenly intervened and I threw a pillow at him, hitting him in the face
"What? The Hina?" Renjun asked, Haechan nodded and smiled "oh! She came back for you, Jaemin!"
"Wrong!" Haechan said, "she came back but she has a boyfriend." I swear I'll beat Haechan up if he doesn't shut up.
I sighed. It was so wrong to tell Haechan everything that happens.
"Oooh. That's why Jaemin has been grumpy all week." I immediately sat up and groaned
"He's not even that good-looking!" I said, Renjun and Haechan laughed "WHAT"
"You're not good-looking, Jaemin." Haechan answered and I glared at him
"Do you really think girls will fall for only good-looks?" Renjun has a point
"He looks like trouble." I said, fetching my phone and showing them a picture of Jeno and Hina I found on SNS.
"He seems like a nice person." Haechan said, grabbing my phone and staring at the photo
"He has a genuine smile, that eyesmile is a killer and he looks like he really likes Hina-" Renjun commented
"Yah! Not helping, bros." I hissed and snatched my phone back, turning it off and throwing it at my bed
"Well it is your fault." Haechan said, I was in disbelief by what he just said
"Yeah bro, if you hadn't been a coward and just confessed before. Maybe you're the one Hina is introducing as her boyfriend and not Mr. Eyesmile here." Renjun said, I sighed and plop myself on my bed
They were right though. If only...
"Hey. What's wrong?" I went to sit next to Hina one afternoon, it was the end of our classes and everyone was just busy with preparing for the school festival
"Nothing."
Hina seemed down. I don't know what happened because just a few hours ago she was happily talking to one of the girls in our room.
"Tell me, Hina-chang." I teased, she let out a deep sigh as she fetch something in her bag
She suddenly gave me an open envelope, my heart started beating fast as I knew what I was going to read, but curious enough, I took it and opened it.
'Hina-ssi. I've been looking out for you for so lomg now that these feelings are all over the place' it reads, I wanted to tear the love letter down as I continued reading all its content.
"It's from.."
"Yangyang from the other class." She replied, I folded the letter and gave it to her, I saw how she closed her eyes and rested her head on her knees
"What's so wrong? It's just a confession, no big deal." I tried cheering her up
"You don't understand."
"What do I not understand?" I asked, she lifted her head and let out a small smile
"He asks me to be his girlfriend." I was shocked, the shy nerd Yangyang has guts, eo? I felt like my heart was pounding real fast and it wants to jump out of my chest
