I woke up in the hospital chair laying on nunee who was k.o. i got up to do my hygiene thing and changed into a polo shirt khaki shorts and my red vans i brushed my hair in to a nappy bun then walked out nunee left so i grabbed my purse the walked to my car.
I drove home to pack more clothes and wash my clothes i walked in and started washes my clothes. I walked in the kitchen and cooked a small pot of grits eggs and sausage with cornbeef hash i sat on the couch and watched the color purple thwn took a nap.
Two hours later i woke up and drove to the mall. I got some outfits and shoes then got my hair nails and toes done. I got my hair in goddess braids.
I went back home and put up my things i was folding clothes and saw the shirt sevyn had on that night i started to tear up a little, but stayed strong for my man. I sat back in my livingroom and started watching reruns of bgc.
My phone started ringing a unknown number came across my screen i answer the phone.
"Hello" i said
Um hi my name is Celina and in ms Melissa Williams nurse at the drug rehabilitation center and i was wondering if you may want to see your mom" she said
Umm i-i wwould like to where are yall located "i said shock my mom i s in a drug rehabilitation center i didn't know she was doing drugs
"5907 frad st" she said
" ok im in my way" I said
I got up and put my shoes on i grabbed my bag and my purse then drove to the place
I took a deep breath before going inside. O walked up to the front desk and started talking
"Umm i came to see Melissa Williams " i said
Just a moment please " the lady said
She took me to a table where a tried lady was sitting
"Mommy" i said
" hey baby girl " she said with a raspy voice
"Mommy what happen to you" i said trying nit to cry
" its a long story honey " she said
I have time just tell me why. Why are you here i never knew you were doing drugs ma" i said
"You wanna knoe do u really wanna knoe" she said
Yess" i said
" you remember all those business trip i used yo take " she said
Yes i do remember " i said
" well i lied i was going to visit this man i fell in love with he did everything for me he cooked, he bought me things, gave me the world until one day he taught me how to sniff i didn't know what it was i wanted to try it for him i felt like it was the right thing to do since he was doing all these good things for me" she said crying at the time i was crying as well
Mommy you didnt need him u had a job u had everything are yall still together " i said
" no.... he left me when my church friend turned me in to this place. He had a whole other family beside me i really wish i can go back and change what happen i didn't want things to go this ay i loved him please forgive me for this " she said
I sat there thinking about this whole thing with my mom and sevyn i just started crying hard
" whyyyy does everything happen to me " i said
My mom came to comfort me i need to let all this out
