Basically, you will need to cut out everything that is in any way processed. You can eat as much veg as you like. You're fine to eat meat and fish but avoid red meat. And no processed meant so sausages, bacon, burgers, etc. are all out. Potatoes are OK but don't go mad. Salad, all good. Fruit is OK, but not a lot because of the sugar. Eggs, they're fine. Nuts fine too unless you're allergic. Completely avoid bread, pasta, rice, etc. Dairy, cut that out too. No alcohol, cigarettes or drugs (apart from prescription drugs). No caffeine. If you have to drink tea or coffee, make it black and decaf, or green tea. Otherwise, drink only water, ideally distilled but at least filtered. I'll send a meal plan for 7 days, which is super strict, and I'll send you all the food you need to stick to it. It's gonna be tough. You might get headaches and may make your symptoms worse to begin with. Don't ever feel hungry. Eat as much as you want. Call/message me if you want emotional support (it could get emotional). You can do this though. After 7 days we'll ease up.

What would be the hardest?

Chocolate, caffeine & wine

OK, you can have a tiny bit of dark chocolate. I'll add some to your box. Caffeine, yeah, that'll suck. Decaf doesn't taste too different unless you're a coffee snob, but you probably will get withdrawal headaches. They won't last for long. Wine... you can't get through 7 days without wine?

Is that bad?

No. I just don't believe you couldn't do it

1. Throw out everything else in your cupboards and fridge/freezer and wine cellar(?) so you're not tempted
2. Follow the meal plans if you can, but it doesn't have to be perfect.
3. Avoid skipping meals.
4. Don't go hungry. If you run out of food let me know.
