A/n: Wolf-Puberty?

No One's Pov:

The group finished breakfast then headed to me class where Professor Lupin pulled y/n aside to tell her to come to his class during study hall he handed her a slip of parchment to give Snape when the time came she nodded and continued on with the day. When study hall came around Y/n left her friends and went up to Professor Snape and handed him the parchment he gave her a sour look and waved her out of the classroom. She quietly left and headed to Professor Lupin's class she arrived within minutes, she knocked on the door and entered but instead of Lupin being alone Professor Dumbledore was with him and the two seemed to be arguing.

Du: "You better be telling me the truth Remus" he was about to answer when he noticed the Ravenclaw at the door.

PL: "Ah Y/n right on time"

Y/n: "Sorry sir I can come back another time if you would like" Dumbledore turns to her with a warm smile.

Du: "Nonsense I was just leaving" he begins walking to the door just before leaving he turns back to Lupin.

Du: "Remember what I said Remus" Lupin nods and Dumbledore leaves, Lupin sighs and sits down in his chair y/n walks over to him and sits down in front of him.

  Y/n: "What did you want to see me about sir, if this is about what I asked I promise I didn't do anything.

PL: "Oh no that's not why I called you here, there are a few things we need to talk about y/n and it's nothing bad"

Y/n: "then what is it?"

PL:" Well as you know the full moon is quickly approaching and dumbledore has asked me to inform you that because of Sirius Black being at large you are not allowed out it's for your safety"

Y/n: "But what about my roommates!?"

PL: "You won't be in your dorm, there is a small private room in the infirmary next to Madam Pomfrey's  chambers that's where you'll be so you won't hurt anyone"

Y/n: "I can't even stay with Hagrid can I, "Y/n says sadly

PL: "I'm afraid not, it would be unsafe to escort you there I'm sorry Y/n"

Y/n: "Okay, so what was the other thing you wanted to talk to me about?" Y/n said flatly as she leaned back in the chair. Lupin sighs again and this time sits up straight in his chair.

PL: "Right" he stands up from his desk and walks over to one of the cabinets in the corner of the room he opens it and pulls out a faded red book. He blows off the dust and walks back over to Y/n.

PL: "Have you read "Fantastic Beast And Where To Find Them"?" 

Y/n: "Yeah, Hagrid gave me a copy for Christmas first year" she reaches into her bag and pulls out the book. Lupin smiles and places his on the desk

PL: "I'm glad he did, to be honest, he should be telling you this but alas, anyway I'm sure you've read it cover to cover and found out that you are truly one-of-a-kind as Werewolfs aren't born they are made. So we do not know clearly what power you could hold."

Y/n:" What do you mean powers?" he laughed

PL:" Well, there skills you could have like controlling where and when you transform even without a full moon, or advanced hearing and a keen sense of smell, and I'm going to teach you how to control and use them" Y/n looked at him dumbfounded and shocked.

Y/n:" Are you serious?" Y/n asked in disbelief, Lupin nodded

PL: "Why else do you think your senses have been so intense you're changing and your powers are maturing."

Y/n: "I thought it was just the dementors"

PL: "They do have a factor in it all but it's not only them," he says matter of factly y/n stayed silent as Lupin carried on.

PL: "One night every week you'll come here and we'll practice control alright" 

Y/n: "With this training, I'll be able to control, my urges?" he nods 

Y/n: "Okay sir, I'll do it" she stood from her seat and held out her hand, he smiles and takes her hand into a firm shake sealing the agreement.

The two set up the first session and he sent her to dinner as study hall had ended once there Hermione asked what it was about and y/n lied and said it was for tutoring, she was a bit miffed that you didn't ask her but she accepted it and Y/n and Luna waved goodbye and walked over to the Ravenclaw table where they sat and ate.
