My girls and I were having a fun night out. We walked into the diner and grabbed a booth to occupy. We ordered and we waited for our food. One of my friends caught my attention and pointed behind me. I slowly turned around to see a handsome man sitting behind me staring at me. My face heated up and I turned around. "He's been staring at you like that since we walked in." My friend told me. "Too bad I'm not looking for a relationship." They all already knew I was too busy to invest my time in someone else at the moment. Time passed and we were done eating and getting ready to leave. I lead the group out, but the man stood up in my way. "The name's Johnny, doll." He said in a cocky tone. "How about you and I get outta here and go back to my place." My friends giggled behind me knowing how this was going to end. "No thanks, I'd rather not spend my time with someone who has an ego bigger than their di-" One of my friends covered my mouth and took me outside. The others were saying sorry to Johnny and they left as well. Johnny fell back into his seat confused and shocked that someone would say no to him like that.
