i walk around my hometown
not caring about a thing,
you lift me up when i'm down -
you turn my winter into spring
i gaze at the stars and the moon
thinking of all i feel for you,
you make my night turn into noon -
you make me feel less lonely & blue
when the clouds are gray
and it's about to rain,
you turn it all into a sunny day -
you make me forget about the pain.
