how we drifted apart,
it's the way you said "no"
and how you shattered my heart
it's painful to remember
how foolish i was for you,
it's like an icy december -
it's like breaking in two
it's so hard to release
favorite memories of mine,
it's like looking for peace -
it's like never feeling fine
but as hard as it gets
i still think softly of you,
i don't have any regrets -
i only wish you loved me too.
