I want to take your pain away
To caress you softly till you fall asleep,
I want you to stop seeing the world in gray -
To be there whenever you laugh or weep
I want to take it all on me
So you don't have to feel this pain,
I want to warm you up like a hot cup of tea -
Like cuddles in bed in the middle of rain
I want to hug you tightly every night
Before you close your eyes with an ease,
I want to be your shinning light -
Your gentle autumn rain and summer breeze.
