Chris's P.O.V

I woke up in Emerson's bed and I smiled, she's supported me so much since I told her, made me feel better about myself and I really love her. I just wish I had the strength and confidence to tell the boys what I told her

I decided not to wake up Emerson so I slid out of her tight grasp and walked to her door opening it as quietly as I could and shutting it behind me, when I turned around Sawyer was stood behind me

"You really need to tell me what's going on with you and her" he said sternly, inside I was laughing at what he didn't know but on the outside I remained calm

"Nothings going on, I know your together" I whispered the last part and his eyes widened a little

"Y-you know" he lowered his voice and I nodded

"Yeah she told me" I was happy for them she was what Sawyer needed and vice versa, I could tell Sawyer cares for her maybe even loves her so who am I to go against that especially after how much she's been there for me recently

"You can't say anything to the others, not yet" he said keeping his voice quiet

"I would never" I reassured him with the truth

"So why have you slept in her bed twice and why did you skip school with her?"

"She's just helping me with something that's all" I kept it simple although I knew that it wouldn't suffice

"Like what?" What did I tell you?

"Nothing important, it's fine" I said and he nodded

"We saw you crying" he admitted and I sighed, why can't thing ever just been easy for me

"Can we stop talking about this, it's old news" he nodded

"We're here if you want to talk, I know it's easy to talk to Emerson but don't forget about us" his reassurance made me want to just tell him everything but I wasn't ready, not yet

But now I know Luke knows it's only a matter of time till he tells them wether it's on purpose or not, I'm in a really sticky situation. Taylor came out to his family, Sam and Jesse as Bi but the only person I've told is Emerson and it can get lonely.

*Dinners ready, everyone downstairs*

The intercom flooded my room with my moms voice, I've been in my room all day, too nervous to bump into Luke, I don't want to see the emotion in his eyes when he looks at me, I don't want to know how he feels about me.

I slowly made my way down to the kitchen and sat down in between Emerson and Sawyer with Luke directly in front of me, I would have chose somewhere else but walking slowly has its consequences

"Ahh finally Chris, lets Eat" my dad enthuses so that's what we do

"Chris honey, care to explain your neck?" My mom says while raising an eyebrow at me making me gulp and everyone look in my direction
