You were walking to the orphanage down town, you had finally gotten the approval needed to adopt a child as a (single parent or with a partner, your choice). As you walked in you were greeted with a smile by an elderly woman. She brought you to her office where you and her talked about the age of child you wanted, and the gender too. Soon after you guys discussed it for a while she decided to take you to see the children, she told you that the first one she was taking you didn't seem to really respond to her or anyone else, she wasn't sure if they were ignoring her or if they were truly deaf, she couldn't seem to get close enough to them. As soon as the door was open, a child with a backpack on was climbing through the window to go down the fire escape, you tried to grab him but he was quick and avoided it and started to quickly run down the fire escape. What do you do?
