After a couple hours of sleep, I wake up to the sun shining brightly through my blinds and directly into my eyes. I groan, reaching for my glasses on my nightstand beside me, eventually grabbing them and putting them on.
It was meeting day. Meeting day, as in meet Skeppy day. Today. And, I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty excited for it! Maybe we've only known eachother for a little over a week. But I really do feel like i've known Zak for a much longer time.
Maybe I'm too emotionally attached?
I really hope not.

I check my phone, and read the time.
9:56am
I had to get ready in time for the ride to our meeting spot. It just so happens it takes around 15 minutes to get there. Initially, when I had checked I was surprised it was so close to where I lived.
Snapping out of my thoughts, I jump out of bed, and start to get ready, opening my closet, slowly reaching for a deep red sweatshirt and some black jeans.

Okay, maybe it's a lame outfit. But, honestly, I don't think anything else would've been any better.

I quickly run my fingers through my hair, and turn my phone on to check the chatroom.

badboyhalo: i just got dressed, what's up?
Skeppy: hey
I wait for a few minutes, expecting a reply, but to my avail, there was nothing. No other usual hyper Skeppy text.
Nada.
None.
Just a "hey."
badboyhalo: Hey Skeppy are yuo okay?
Skeppy: yes
Skeppy: sorry
badboyhalo: What're you sorry about?
Skeppy: dunno lol sorry
Skeppy: jesus christ i did it again lol
badboyhalo: are you sure everything's okay?? I'm worried now.
Skeppy: nope im alright
badboyhalo: hm, alrighty
badboyhalo: If you change your mind we can talk when we meet up.
Skeppy: yeah
Skeppy: thanks bad
Skeppy: ...,
Skeppy: why are you so nice to me?

I look up from my phone.
What does he mean?

badboyhalo: cause you're my friend, zak?
Skeppy: no but
Skeppy: darryl, even before we were friends you still cared. and u agreed to my stupid 14 day thing. u didnt even know me?
Skeppy: why
badboyhalo: Skeppy-
badboyhalo: I care about you a lot, but why are you suddenly thinkig about this?
badboyhalo: Did I do something wrong?
Skeppy: no you didnt do anythig
Skeppy: my friebd just said something about us
Skeppy: anyways its ok
Skeppy: im gonna get ready ill see you there :3
Skeppy: see yuo! laterz

What just happened?
I don't know what it was, but I suddenly feel x10 more nervous to meet Zak.
