(A/N: im now working on this chapter so i have something to post for you guys^_^ i wont be online tomorrow (tuesday) as i have some things to to, but i will be back the next day. this chapter is so bittersweet i hope you enjoy!)

My heart's now constantly, painfully hammering in my chest. I couldn't sleep, eat, even move after what happened yesterday. Puffy, blood-shot eyes, large purple bags underneath. I'm a mess.
I'm ridiculous.

I only move, reaching for my phone when I hear it chime. I patiently read through the message.
a6d: hey zak are yo u alright? you havent texted in a while
Skeppy: no
a6d: ?
Skeppy: im so stupid vincent
a6d: what do you mean? seriously whats up you're scaring me lmao
Skeppy: i messed everything up with bad
a6d: what?
a6d: what do you mean? what did he do?
Skeppy: it wasnt him
Skeppy: i was being a jerk and he came to my house to try talking to me and i got mad and now hes even more mad and i dont know what to do vince
a6d: ..
Skeppy: its bad
a6d: im going to be honest
a6d: yes it is bad
a6d: but it doesnt mean you cant fix it
Skeppy: i dont even know if i want to, vincent
a6d: shut up yes you do
a6d: i know you
Skeppy: i said so many bad things
Skeppy: idk if i can do it
Skeppy: i really dont think i can

a6d: no matter how much i dont trust him still you arent happy again without him
a6d: you were miserable 12 days ago

Skeppy: love you too.

I turn my phone off, and sigh, recollecting my thoughts.
"I love and care about you more than you could imagine!"
Darryl's words repeat in my mind, playing tricks with me.
"I love and care about you,"
Love and care. He loved and cared about me. And I didn't love or care for him back, and I still don't know if I can. It's really surprising to me, realizing how oblivious and naïve I am to everything.
Little to my surprise,
Vincent is right.
I need to fix things. Even if that means going through my own kind of hurt.

Once again. I finally decide to check, out of sheer annoyance.

1 missed call from Skeppy
5+ messages from Skeppy

Five messages from Skeppy? Skeppy, of all people?
Skeppy: im sorry

Skeppy: please
Skeppy: we cant do this anymore darryl
Skeppy: ..do you still love me?

I stare down at the messages, my face burning. It burned with anger, embarassment, passion. The feelings that would inevitably make me cry. How stupid was I to type such dumb things?
But, really.. I meant them. I meant all those stupid things I typed to him. Zak tears through my heart like it's a piece of paper, making it seem so easy to do such a cruel thing. It really did hurt to love him.

Maybe they weren't the best things to say, though, spilling my feelings like that.
My head pounds with anticipation, my teary eyes, wide. Silently waiting for his answer.

Skeppy: im sorry i hurt you darryl.
Skeppy: but i love you too
Skeppy: and i dont want to hurt you anymore
Skeppy: can we please fix this
badboyhalo: we can fix this.
badboyhalo: Just don't expect everything to be good all of a sudden.
badboyhalo: you really hurt me. scared me, even
badboyhalo: im being civilized here
Skeppy: yes i know which is why im doing this darryl
Skeppy: i love you and i dont want you to stay hurt

Skeppy: alright.

I feel relieved, but suddenly a burning anger flushes over me. This wasn't a lowkey kind of anger that faded away quickly. This was an anger filled with anxiety, and my own hurt.

I clench my fist, and turn my phone off. Did I really miss him that much to forgive him so suddenly?
