You are the reason I hate myself
You are the reason I am this way
You made me do things I didn't want to,
and made me think it was my idea,
that it was okay.

You treated me like shit,
and made me think I deserved it.
You ruined me....
and I let you.

I hate you,
but what I hate more is....
the fact that I still,
love you.

I hate myself even more,
because I still love you.
I know I shouldn't,
but I do,
and I hate it.

I still love the person you were,
before you became who you are now,
before you showed me who you really are.

I still love the sweet things you said,
before it turned to hate.
I still love the things you did,
before they became hurt.

I went against everything for you
I did everything for you
I gave you everything,
and I still wasn't good enough.

You made me feel worthless,
as if I was nothing.
You gave me every reason to hate you,
and I do.

Yet for some stupid reason,
despite everything, 
I still love you,
and I hate myself even more for it.
