you have decided to stay at a hotel since you and grayson got ito an argument. you didn't want to be near him so you just left.
"hello welcome to doskocil hotel." the lady at the front desk said. she sounded off but i didn't really think anything of it.
"uh, hi. can i get a room please? just for one night." you asked politely.
"sure, room 204, the elevator is right over there. you can pay tomorrow." she said.
"okay." you whispered, grabbing your stuff walking to the elevator. after a couple of seconds it opened up and you stepped inside.
"ew." you said in your head making a disgusted face. the elevator was weird and smelt like fish, who opened their legs 😔✋
the walls felt like carpet and the music was creepy. online it say that this was an extremely fancy hotel, this just looks like a trashy apartment. i could have turned around and left but i don't feel like driving i already drove an hour to get here.
i went into my room and it looked pretty decent, i guess the elevator and the lobby were the problems.
i unpacked my stuff and threw it wherever and decided to order food. so i called room service.
"can i get a sprite and a burger with fries." i said into the phone.
"yes." is all the man said before hanging up. i looked at the phone confused but then shrugged my shoulders.
i got a text message from grayson which made me smile a bit:
baby, wherever you are i hope that you are safe and i hope to see you tomorrow. i love you and i'm sorry for acting up with you❤️ have a safe night and call me if anything.
i smiled harder. i love him but i still hate him.
i got a knock on my door which made me jump.
"room service." the man yelled.
i opened the door and there he was with my food. he gave it to me then just walked away. not even grabbing the cart that held the food.
"uhhh, okay.." i said awkwardly pulling the cart in with the food.
i was eating and enjoying everything until the lights suddenly dimmed. it wasn't all the way off so i can still see stuff around me.
then all of a sudden a loud alarm went off causing the alarms in my room to turn red.
"EMERGENCY EMERGENCY! SOMETHING IS HAPPENING IN THE HOTEL PLEASE EXIT YOUR ROOMS AND GO INTO THE LOBBY." the alarm said over and over again. fuck, fuck. fuck. stuff like this always creeped you out even if it was on the t.v and they were just testing the alarm.
"shit, shit!" you said quickly removing the food off of your lap. you grabbed your phone and wallet then you went to the door and opened it.
there were many other rooms in this hall but no one was leaving.
"do i go or stay?" you said to yourself confused.
the hallways were all red from the alarms and the hallway was dimmed as well. you started to cry from panicking.
the same message repeated itself scaring you more. you decided to go run to the stairs and you ran down as fast as you could. once you were at the first floor, no one was in the lobby.
the sirens never stopped and the message never stopped. then it all did stop.
"must have been a false alarm everyone can go back to their hotel rooms." the voice spoke over the speakers. you calmed down and looked around to see still no one. who was talking?
you took the elevator again, breathing and trying to stop shaking. you felt my phone vibrate but i didn't care to check it because you were shooken up.
you walked back to your room in the dark hallway when you heard a sound. you stopped immediately and quickly turned around. nothing. you're just being paranoid.
you walked again holding the key card in your hand as the door was right in front of you when you heard a sound again. you looked down the hall where you heard the sound and saw a girl in a dress.
"no." you whispered in disbelief. the figure started walking fast and you started freaking out again and of course dropped the fucking card.
you picked it up quickly and opened the door slamming it shut as the figure was right near your door. then it started banging viciously.
"NO! STOP!" you yelled and the banging stopped. you looked up wiping your tears and began packing your stuff. no today bitch.
you kept your phone, wallet and car keys in your pocket just in case you had to run and drop your suit case. you could buy more clothes.
you slowly opened the door looking around both corners and no one was there you took the chance to run to the stairs. you already checked the elevator and it says out of order it worked before what the hell.
you ran down when you heard noises behind you. and you saw the same girl. it started walking down really fast but you ran faster. you finally reached the first floor and opened the door.
this time people were here and booking rooms into a hotel and everything was running normal.
everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at you.
"are you okay-" the lady that was at the front desk said. it was the same woman.
"no! this hotel is fucked!" you yell as you cried and ran out of the hotel. as you were running out you ran into someone and you looked up and it was grayson.
you quickly wrapped your hands around his neck and cried on his shoulder.
"what happened!" grayson said shocked, he didn't know what the hell was going on. you started rambling and rambling about everything that happened.
"you know what, don't say anything it's okay." he said shushing you as he rubbed your hair.
"how did you find me?" you said letting him go and wiping you tears.
"snapchat maps." he laughed.
authors note: ok i got lazy at the end, but this was inspired by a game. my little sister plays roblox and whatever right and she made me play this game called hotel and like i screamed so loud. the girl part was just something i added but everything else with the alarms and the room dimming and stuff was in the game.
