Nobodies POV

Daenerys starts putting on Winter's tactical suit, piece by piece.

Worry eating up at her chest.

Winter was going against Steve and Natasha. There was no stopping at what was coming.

"Pierce called me pver to his house and will fill me in on the rest, you stay here and behave." Winter grunts out

Winter hates these missions.

"Don't get killed." Daenerys whispers

Winter turns and clutches her arm softly "I will return and when I do I'll tell you all about my past missions, I have to keep you entertained somehow." Winter teases

Daenerys smiles, though it was weak.

Daenerys knows that she can stop this mission but if she even lifted a finger to help, Peter will get hurt.

"Make it quick." Daenerys ask

Winter realizes the real reason for her concern. Daenerys knows that he'll be fine, its who he's going against that she's worried for.

"I'll try." Winter replies

Winter is moved to a jet and glances back at the base, remorse itching up his chest, it's not the first time he's felt it.

At Pierces home.

Pierce goes to his kitchen to get a drink when he sees the Winter Soldier sat behind him with his gun on the table when his housekeeper calls out.

"I'm going to go, Mr. Pierce. You need anything before I leave?" Renata ask

"No. Uh...it's fine, Renata, you can go home." Pierce says

"Okay, night-night." Renata says

"Good night." Pierce says

Renata leaves.

"Want some milk?" Pierce ask

The Winter Soldier doesn't reply.

"The timetable has moved. Our window is limited. Two targets, Level Six." Pierce says

He pours himself a glass of milk and goes over to join the Winter Soldier at the table.

"They already cost me Zola. I want confirmed death in ten hours." Pierce says

Just then Renata interrupts them as she enters the kitchen.

"Sorry, Mr. Pierce, I...I forgot my phone." Renata says

She notices the Winter Soldier.

"Oh, Renata. I wish you would have knocked." Pierce says Pierce picks up the gun from the table and shoots and kills her.

Returning home from his morning run Sam hears a knock at his door, he opens the door to see Steve and Natasha.

"Hey, man." Sam says "I'm sorry about this. We need a place to lay low." Steve says

"Everyone we know is trying to kill us." Natasha says

Sam pauses a moment before replying.

"Not everyone." Sam says

Sam let's them enter.

Later as Steve and Natasha are cleaning up, Steve notices Natasha looking sad and thoughtful.

"You okay?" Steve ask "Yeah." Natasha says "What's going on?" Steve ask

"When I first joined SHIELD, I thought I was going straight. But I guess I just traded in the KGB for HYDRA. I thought I knew whose lies I was telling, but...I guess I can't tell the difference anymore." Natasha says

"There's a chance you might be in the wrong business." Steve says

Natasha smiles faintly "I owe you." Natasha says "It's okay." Steve says

"If it was the other way around, and it was down to me to save your life, and you be honest with me, would you trust me to do it?" Natasha ask

"I would now. And I'm always honest." Steve says "Well, you seem pretty chipper for someone who just found out they died for nothing." Natasha says

"Well, I guess I just like to know who I'm fighting." Steve says

"Well I hope we find them, there going to pay for Daenerys." Natasha says

"They will." Steve says fiercely

Sam enters the room.

"I made breakfast. If you guys...eat that sort of thing." Sam says

Later as they are sat in Sam's kitchen "So, the question is: who in SHIELD could launch a domestic missile strike?" Natasha ask

"Pierce." Steve says "Who happens to be sitting on top of the most secure building in the world." Natasha says

"But he's not working alone, Zola's algorithm was on the Lemurian Star." Steve says

"So was Jasper Sitwell." Natasha says

"So, the real question is: how do the two most wanted people in Washington kidnap a SHIELD officer in broad daylight?" Steve ask

"The answer is: you don't." Sam says Sam drops a file in front of Steve.

"What's this?" Steve ask "Call it a resume." Sam says

Natasha picks up a photo of Sam with his para-rescue team.

"Is this Bakhmala? The Khalid Khandil mission, that was you." Natasha ask

Sam nods

To Steve.

"You didn't say he was a para-rescue." Natasha says

Looking at the photo of Sam with his colleague "Is this Riley?" Steve ask "Yeah." Sam says

"I heard they couldn't bring in the choppers because of the RPGs. What did you use, a stealth chute?" Natasha says

"No. These." Sam says

Sam hands Steve the file, Steve opens it and reads it.

"I thought you said you were a pilot." Steve says "I never said pilot." Sam say

"I can't ask you to do this, Sam. You got out for a good reason." Steve says "Dude, Captain America needs my help. There's no better reason to get back in." Sam says

"Where can we get our hands on one of these things?" Steve ask "The last one is at Fort Meade, behind three guarded gates and a twelve-inch steel wall." Sam says

Steve looks at Natasha who shrugs her shoulders.

"Shouldn't be a problem." Steve says

Steve throws down the file on the table and we see that it's a classified military project called Falcon.
