As a new song came on, I couldn't help but get up and dance slowly around in the confined walls of my hotel room.
An idea popped into my head as I switched off the music and made my way to the elevator on my floor. As the clock struck 4 in the morning, no one could be seen nor a sound to be heard, only the sound of the elevator arriving broke the comfortable silence.
I always preferred silence to people, it's just way simpler. Pressing on the button that lead to the roof, I waited until I arrived and then ran out and turned on the music once more.
I placed it on repeat before I damced around in my pale yellow floral sundress. It brushed against my skin in the softest ways before I let my hair down from the loose bun I had put it in earlier. I shook my hair before smiling to myself and continuing my dancing and as the song repeated I started singing along.

"I'm feelin' drained, I need love," only to be startled by a deep voice responding.
"Well, I could give you that love," as I turned around to look at the source of the voice I was amazed, and that is to say the least.
He looked absolutely stunning. What first caught my eye was his charming smirk that I couldn't help but feel as though the gesture is challenging me in some sort of way.
And then his dusty golden hair with black roots had a few strands covering his eyes, only to have him brush it backward for it to fall right back in the same place.
His features were all too attractive, with his high cheekbones, chiseled jawline and everything else. But his eyes, they captured mine the most. They were a beautiful chocolate brown orbits that had a glow to them.
That glow was everything.
A light hearted laugh escaped my lips before I made my way to the pool and continued dancing, not paying him much attention.
Only to have him approach me, holding me still by my waist and ask, "What is a beautiful girl like you doing out here in the middle of the night?"
"It's near the morning," I replied before moving away and continue dancing only to have him come closer again and ask another question, "Will you tell me your name if I ask?"
I smiled before shaking my head no, and singing along, "I couldnt leave if I wanted to, cause something keeps pulling me back to you," I placed my hand on his shoulder, moving it further down a little before moving it away as I continued, "From the very first time we loved, from the very first time we touched."
Now it was my turn to smirk as I swirled and moved away leaving him a little stunned before he gathered himself again and followed me.
"And you could give it all but its never enough," I sang as a temporary frown covered my face as I brought my hand out encouraging him to dance only to have him shake his head no.
He pierced my heart with daggers as he said his next three words, "I don't dance."
I scoffed as I got seriously offended, "To hell you don't dance! Come on! Everyone can, don't you have a rhythm? A feeling to just move with the music, you know?"
He laughed before replying, "No. No I don't."
I rolled my eyes before raking his hand in my own and walked to the pool before sitting down and slipping my feet slowly into the freezing water and looking at him, waiting for him to do the same.
And he did.
We sat there as the song faded, hand in hand as we laid back against the floor,and stared up at the glittering sky.
"Takes me higher to infinity," I whispered before moving closer and resting my head against his shoulder to have him put his arm around me and pull me even closer.

Okay this is officially I write better at night but im publishing this in the morning by my time zone soo yeah.
And also do you all not get creeped out how sometimes johnny will come out if no where in the one shot stories and she talks to him totally fine. Like he doesnt look like a creep but still ???😂
