chapter 12: oh crap

Day #45

Veronica's POV

It was about seven am and I woke up to my phone ringing

B- "Guess what"

B- "My brother Charles is moving to New York, so my mom wants us all to move too (including Cheryl and Toni!)

Oh my God! My best friend moving to New York city ima cry

V- "OMG both of my besties moving to ny at the same time yessss"

B- "who else?"

V- "Remember Katy Keene?"

B- "oh my god she was our best friend for like 5 years'

V- "Yeah she just moved here for collage"

B- "hold on Juggies calling me"

Juggie?

When she ended the call I felt arms snake around me

A- "Good morning" he said, kissing my cheek

V- "morning"

A- "what are you doing up so early"

V- "Talking to Betty, she is suppose to be calling me back because Jughead called-"

Oh crap. I just told Archie about Jughead and Betty. God dammit Veronica

A- "why is jughead calling her?"

V- "umm"

A- "are they like.. together?"

V- "Kind of. I don't think they're offical"

A- "Ronnie I'm glad they're getting along, I just wish he would have told me" he laughed

V- "wait you're not mad?"

A- "of course not, this is great actually"

Katy's POV

Today Veronica invited me to go shopping for wedding decor and ideas. Her and Archie decided the theme would be blue and silver.

We walked into this beautiful store full of wedding decor

V- "Hi, my name is Veronica Lodge and I'm looking for silver and blue themed supply's. Any chance you know where those colors are?"

The lady showed us where they were. Veronica's face lit up as if she were a kid in a candy store

K- "Woah v, you picked the right place to come to." I laughed

V- "As I like to say, Veronica Lodge knows best" she said, taking photos and sending them to Archie

K- "It looks like Archie likes them"

V- "Yep, I think I'm going to order online. Let's go eat'

We ate lunch and started walking the streets of New York again. We window shopped and even bought some new clothes. We got tired and headed back to my apartment

K- "I had alot of fun today but boy my feet hurt like hell" I said taking off my heels

V- "me too girl me too"

Veronica started searching through the channels and squealed when she saw that "say yes to the dress" was on

V- "omg I can't wait to go dress shopping and bridesmaid dress shopping"

K- "sounds fun v"

V- "oh yeah, and i was wondering if you wanted to be a bridesmaid"

K- "omg really" I squealed

V-"of course"

K- "I'd love to v" I smiled

We starting watching the TV

V- "I hate this brides mother like it ain't your wedding"

K- "omg and the sisters a bitch"

V- "I already booked an appointment for a bridal shop downtown"

K- "when is it"

V- "in two weeks"

V- "the people coming are you, Betty, my mom, Cheryl, Toni, Kevin, and Mrs Andrew's.

K- "That's alot of people's opinions" I laughed

K- "I want to become a fashion designer when I'm older"

V- "I don't know what I want to do. I guess be a mom or a teacher. I could also be like my dad and run a buisness"

K-"sounds like a good plan"

Soon after our chat Veronica went home. She said Betty and Cheryl are flying in tomorrow which I'm so  excited about bc I missed them so much"
