Going back to the village

The month of training the daimiyo grandson went well. Turns out he had such a weak body because his chakra network was disrupted. I was able to help him out by performing some minimal medical jutsu to unclog his chakra network and gave him a soldier pill to strengthen and expand his chakra coils. He went form the chakra level of a diseased infant to a genin because of my help. Now that his body could function, guy strengthened his muscles through workout and sparring. By the time we left him he was physically at the level of a low chunin with low chunin levels of. Taijutsu. He was given a exercise regime, and weights so he could continue training. 

The head physician was inspired by our curing of the grandson and invented improved versions of soldier, food and plasma pills , aswell as invented some new types of pills one of which he gave me a bag full called chakra pills. The daimiyo was so pleased by our jobs that we all received bonuses to our payment from him we got triple the pay we were supposed to receive when we report back to the hokage for pay . So technically we still aren't fully payed, and trust me tenten was brimming with  joy and mumbled about the possibility she could use the money. Let's not forget this is also now technically an A rank mission. When we arrived at the village we reported to the hokage and got out payment after the team left I got extra payment on the bounty from the guy I kept in stasis. The hokage shakily gave me that money.

We're fine a moment ago?"

Sarutobi " well half way through the mission the daimiyo sent a messenger bird informing me he had ordered you to torture the man responsible for the attempted coup to death, and I can't imagine what kind of hell death could cause, the report said he was still alive even though he was unrecoverable as a human."

(Y/n) " a jobs a job, he's In a worse place now oh how i enjoy the screams from hell of those who deserve it."

Sarutobi " y-you're dismissed "

I chuckled then left the room

I wander through the village not really paying attention to anything and particular because I'm focused on watching my clones pull off multiple anbu missions at a time. You see I'm unique In the anbu because the other members know I'm a "kid " just not who I am and they know I use clones for most of my missions, they also know I don't work with other anbu on mission unless it's a anbu rescue mission where I assist others in the field who need help. As I'm walking I spot Naruto and the konohamaru squad with Sakura so I walk up to them.

(Y/n) " hey guys what's up haven't seen you guys since the academy I still can't believe me and Naruto had to get separate apartments after graduation "

Konohamaru " (y/n)! I just found out pinkie here is not bosses girlfriend makes sense because of her large forehead."

My eyes widen as I can feel konohamarus end coming near

(Y/n) " konohamaru run for your life Now !!!!!!"

Konohamaru " why?"

He then looks over at Sakura and realizes. Luckily my warning gave him a head start. We all then follow him either to help, watch, or beat his ass
I personally want to watch Naruto and his squad want to help, and well Sakura could scare a charging bull right now.

I casually follow from the back of the group and find them all stopped as a sand ninja is holding konohamaru by the collar. But on one has noticed me I watch the event go down and learn there names as the sand ninja go to walk away I appear in front of them

Surprising everyone.

(Y/n) " If you three go harassing any more leaf citizens I'll make sure to arrest you."

I then let them walk by me but received a curious gaze from each of them.

Then follow the Trio to there meeting with there sensei.

Kakashi then explained to the three about the chunin exams and how they get the opportunity to participate in it if they choose too do so . After he fininshed handing out the papers to his team he spoke up again.

Kakashi " so team who's this you brought with you.?"

Naruto " oh he's (y/n) (l/n) he's my best friend ever, he's also a genin like us but I'm confused sensei why doesn't he have a squad? "

(Y/n) " oh that's easy the hokage knew I was talented enough not to need one although I can be placed on missions with squads matter of fact I recently got back from one.  "
 

Naruto " awesome we recently returned from a mission as well, we fought a pretty tough guy and his apprentice. You should have seen I totally saved sasukes butt."

(Y/n) " oh really now sasuke is this true ?"

Sasuke " the dobe got lucky is all! he fought the enemy after I had fought until I was unconscious. Hmmph "

I saw the slight shame in his eyes.

(Y/n) " well sasuke I guess you just have to pay him back by saving the knuckle head when he eventually gets himself in trouble."

Sasuke smirked  and audibly sounded his approval of the idea.

Naruto " what do you mean ill get myself in trouble ."

(Y/n) " oh hush up I'll treat you to ramen and we can talk about our missions ."

We then walked off

Kakashi pov

I watched as everyone went there way and made my way to the hokage. I must ask him why he has a fresh genin all by himself.

I open up the door to the hokages office

Hokage " ahh Kakashi to what do I owe the pleasure of this meeting"

Kakashi " I'm curious about the kid (y/n) (l/n) why isn't he on a squad I know your aware of the dangers."

I watched as he noticeably tensed at the name of the kid.

Hokage " he is a skilled ninja whom I have my  faith in he's even going to participate in the chunin exams by himself. There is no cause for concern."

Has he gone crazy a fresh genin who never been trained with a team or leader is going by himself in the chunin exam.

Kakashi " lord hokage thats suicide for a fresh genin to take the chunin exam by himself not even the greatest prodigies of our village could do that. If nothing else I'll take him on my team he appears to be on good terms with atleast two of my genin."

Hokage " E-enough what I s-said is final and I won't have you looking more into the boy do you hear me ."

What's with his reaction he seems almost frightened. I must get to the bottom of this

Kakashi " yes lord hokage"

I bowed and left the office. (Y/n) (l/n) why is the hokage so reluctant talking about you, he'll he'd inform me if he believed you were a root ninja so that's not it then why? What is so important about you?
